INTRODUCTION Organisation and Management are effective concepts to be adhered to by managers of different countries. However, cultural difference plays a big role in how the managers adopt these aspects. Hence, the presentation ahead is about different cultural dimensions reflected by Hofstede's cultural dimension model, along with challenges and benefits of the channel. HOFSTEDE'S CULTURAL DIMENSIONPower Distance:Both the nations vary distinctly in context of power distance, where the French Managers had more autonomy in taking decisions, reflecting high power distance, whereas the British managers had comparatively lower degree of this extent.Individualism Vs. Collectivism:France is a very individualistic society as the managers did not provided feedbacks or mutual adjustments. However, Britain is a collectivist nation, due to taking others into account for their decisions.Uncertainty Avoidance:Managers belonging to France rank high in avoiding any sort of uncertainty due to acquiring pre-requisite knowledge, whereas, Britain is more of a risk taking country. MasculinityVs.Femininity:Franceisacompetitiveorganisationandpeopleare motivated by competition within the country. However, cooperation and feedbacks are strengths of British Managers CHALLENGES FACED BY TWO NATIONS The challenges faced by the two nations are reflected below:Safety:The biggest challenge in this aspect is related to safety, where the officials within Britain reflected that hundreds of drivers would be undergoing regular streams within the tunnel. Old Engines:This is another issue which was very much difficult to comply with due to heavy steam within the tunnel that could have caused ineffectiveness. BENEFITS OF THE CHANNEL International Trade: This benefit is associated with high intensity in trading due to a common and effective passage within the two countries. 1

CONCLUSION Hence, it is concluded that organisation and management are two of the effective and essential aspects which must be followed by companies. Moreover, to understand different cultures.
