INTRODUCTION Principles of management is considered as one of the best method to analyse the overall performance of company. here, the management of company is very critical that leads to expect to become more effective and efficient in terms of achieving the goals(Gereles and Szőllősi, 2020). Further, four basic activities of operation management like planning, controlling, directing and organising. It depicts that most of the companies leads to work without implying suitable management principles which may create challenges to achieve the goals and objectives. The overall objective of this study is to reflect over my group projects with the help of several theories such as team work and motivational theories and CVF’s action is also used to describe my behaviour. MAIN BODY Reflection on my group projects I am highly obliged to perform and work with my team members in a group projects as it is useful for me to improve my overall productivity that helpful for me in terms of developing more skills. In the beginning, when we got the project we face lot of issues during the team work that leads to impact the overall productivity so, in terms of overcoming these factors, me and my team members decided to consider Tuckman theory of team development(Mann, Hinrichsen and Baharlou, 2020). This model is useful for us to work in a team collectively on the project. For this, Tuckman model of team development is considered which is discussed as: Tuckman theory of team development:This model tends to provide easy and convent method to learn regarding the team development like how to work in an effective manner as a team and how it is useful about the training and development of people that helps in achieving their tasks with full potential and team work. In regard of this, suitable factors are discussed as:Forming:It is the first stage of this model that leads to enable team members to form a team as a leader for the specific team that provide clear guidance, instructions and direct a right path regarding the overall goals and also tells how to accomplish those tasks effectively.Storming:In this stage, developed team tends to get instructions and also need to develop effective bond with trust among the members of team which has been developed by the mutual respect among them(Edalat and Abdi, 2017). 1
Norming:It depicts obeying the instructions and guidance of the leader that enable them to create the bond among team members and leaders.Performing:At this stage, the team leads to focus on achieving the tasks and goals in terms of contributing towards each and every team member regarding the equality of project with the effective leadership, guidance and directions of the organisations team leader. Adjourning:At this stage, the goal and objective of the team is acquired by all the team members considering their personal hard work and efforts in regard of completing and also have suitable measures and praise in relation to the overall team performance. By considering the above mentioned discussion, it has been analysed that me and my group members were enable to gain the understanding for the project effectively that was assigned to our team and it was also helpful in giving more innovative ideas and used them to make some decisions which are flexible to change. This process of doing the project every member of team was able to monitor their overall performance and effectiveness in regard of performing their assigned task(Borshchuk and Vasylyshyn, 2021). Further, all of these members were given suitable instructions regarding the job role to achieve task and also took some difficulties but people leads to understand the project and their overall contribution to complete the given work. As, it was the first task as a team, in the beginning each of us were not able to understand or aware about the potential contribution of each other as a team member but later on after analysing the issues of each other, we lead to support and help to create the worthy and effective contribution in terms of developing the team. Along with this, the team tends to listen to every individual regarding their ideas and problem as we need to become more focused towards the decision making process over the working as if it is being done in an effective manner or not. I also try to appreciate my team members over their good performance and also give proper feedback over their performance to the team members who expected me and also I requested my team members to offer me the suitable feedback in regard of managing the overall performance that impact the working of project. Me and my team members worked as the team without facing any issue as if there are any small conflicts in my decision making we need to resolve it in an effective manner and also used to manage working as per the priority that has enabled us to be more effective regarding the overall performance and achieving the assigned task. 2

In the beginning, we were assigned our project and for this we faced many issues to motivate each other to achieve our desired goals. In regard of overcoming it, we need to motivate each other in several ways but I also tend to suggest to use motivation factor that has enabled us to enhance our morale to perform in an effective manner. For this, suitable theories of motivation are discussed as: Herzberg theory of motivation: It depicts that some factors of the company that has given effective satisfaction at the time of discarding the components that give dissatisfaction. This theory has two factors which are discussed below: Motivation factors:It is associated with promotion of efficiency and performance in the people working in the organisation.(Fotiadis and Vassiliadis, 2020). This process is conducted by rewarding the employees who are excellent at their job. This factor undertakes:Recognition:Here, people needs to be appreciated and recognised for their overall efforts in terms of achieving their goals that will motivate people for their job and delegated work.Growth and promotional opportunity:For this, the organisation should be able to convert their opportunity into the achievements. The potential in the work would increase once the proper mindset is applied in the work.Sense of achievement:Here, employees need to know that how they convert their opportunity in accomplishment. It leads to depend on the working as they need to work with all the devotion and potential.Meaningfulness of the work:It depict the work which is being provided to the workforce as that must be challenging and interesting to perform by which the members gets motivated.Responsibility:It represent that the members needs to be responsible for their assigned work(Gros and et. al., 2021). For this, the seniors need to offer proper power in the hand of manager and employees, by which they will realize their overall responsibilityin the firm of performing suitable task on given time period to achieve their goals. Hygiene factors:As per this factor, there are suitable wants which a person desire and also assume to be accomplished. This factor includes: 3
Pay:It leads to influence the reward structure that must be suitable and sensible. For this, company must keep proper balance and also compete with others which are working in the same sector and area.Company policy:This policy of business should be much strict and also needs to be clear that undertakes vacations, flexible working conditions and hours, dress code and so on. In regard of this, managers and seniors need to give the suitable working environment to retain their employees.Fringe benefits:It represents that the company need to give suitable health care plans, employees insurance and so on as these factors leads to satisfy the employees like if anything uncertain occur then they have benefits which will protect them(Vassallo and Felicetti, 2021). Physical working conditions:This factor determine the working conditions of company that include clean, safe and hygienic conditions. Here, the inventories lead to offer and also updated in an effective manner. After analysing the above theories, me and my team memberstends to opt suitable motivation theory which helped me in terms of motivating and completing our assigned task. These factors would not let our morale down as when we faced any issue regarding our project rather than took it as a challenge to resolve it with proper motivation that leads to enable us for the completion of project effectively. CVF’s Action Imperatives CVF's Action Framework:Collaborate:After identifying my own values and skills in few segments that are required to be developed and mentored in order to manage groups and lead team for this, I need very high and suitable level of competency of prominent skills. I also need to improve more skills to the next level within the certain 11 months. I need to understand things and also to others in terms of making them work in collective manner. For this, I tends to use this skill on the grounds of efficiency which is why I need to improve skills to high level(Dimitriadis, Dimitriadis and Ney, 2018). Along with this, my motivation and conflict management skills is quite down and this skill is needed on the daily basis so that the my future skills will be enhanced. 4
Control:My motivating and cooperating skills are strong and also my strength but for this, I need to also develop them as I will try to keep this skill to the same level. Meanwhile, my organising skills, working and managing the functions skills in quite moderate and also need to proper growth and develop. Hence, I will develop it in next 8 months.Compete:My objective development and setting, implementation and driving skills is quite high as it is required at the same level. For this, I will try to improve these skills in terms of supporting and developing my career. Along with this, my motivating skill towards the people associated with the business, organising the tasks are also moderate , I need them in effective manner so that I can become more productive in furture. Create:Here, every skill which I possess is on the moderate level and it is required to develop that particular skill to the high level so that I will try to improve these skills for the future growth and development of career. CONCLUSION From the above discussion, it has been analysed that to complete the project it need lot of skills and effective team work with proper motivation. For this, I also need to analyse many team working theories as it need proper motivation to complete the task in an effective manner. Along with this, after analysing the CVF action framework, overview of the suitable level of skills which are required and also enhance them for the future growth. 5
