INTRODUCTION
Team refers to the group of members and with help of these member’s different types of
activities, projects are done in attractive way. The report will cover various points which includes
introduces and outlines each personal learning experience, their personal goals prior to the
exercise (Hanham, McCormick and Hendry, 2020). It also covers attempting to achieve these
with the project within the project, obstacles and success, plus the social process of the team as it
worked on the problem and tried to applied the problem solving process. This report is based on
particular project which is done during the time of academics. In this report various types of
academic skills are also described and those skills are creativity skills, writing skills,
communication skills and others.
TASK
During the time of doing MBA in academics I learned various things from my teachers and
my friends and that is my wonderful experience at that time. During my college days I also
prepared group project with my friends and in this project I learned so many things. In this
experience I achieved various types of knowledge which support me to develop my future career
in right direction. The other experience which I received during the time of academics is that in
which way we present or do our work in smart manner. Because smart work is essential for
accomplishing the task in time and with the help of smart work I am able to handle the multiple
works at same time. It also helps me to developed various types of skills which supports me
increase my ability and potentiality in aspect of securing my career growth. With help of my
group project I understand the value of relations of my friends and teachers. With help of this
project I also understand that in which way work is done systematically in professional manner.
In group project new types of ideas and creativity are used by each member which supports me
to complete the task in attractive manner.
During the time of attending group model, I have various goals in my life. Firstly, as I
already said above that for increasing my career goods. Because due to increasing my career
growth chances are highly increased for me in aspect of achieving the job which is highly
reputed. Secondly, increased the knowledge in my specialized or interested field because in
today’s time knowledge is a very important concept for living then life decently. During the time
of conducting this project I have five to ten members in my group. All members have different

types of ideas and viewpoints which supports me to improve my skills and also in other aspects.
Due to developing various skills I am able to understand the problems of my team mates
effectively. Then according to that I am easily prepared effective solutions for them which leads
to increase the success of the project. In this group project there are various functions which are
done by all members and those functions are identify the problem, gather data, analyse data, etc.
Due to conducting these functions various types of concepts which is related with this project is
effectively cleared in my and others mind. The main advantage which I realized due to
conducting this project is that my communication skills are highly developed. Due to
development of this skill my fluency is highly increased in speaking which is highly supportable
for me in aspect of handling the problems easily.
For preparing this project effectively and in systematic manner me and my group members
applied the specific model and the name of this model is Tuckman model. The Tuckman model
is basically a method which is utilized effectively by me during the time of preparing the
conducting project. The Tuckman model is mainly consisting of five stages which is described
below –
Forming – In this stage me and my best friend decided to develop a strong team and in this
team five to eight members are involved. Every team member of this group have their own
talent, uniqueness and creativity which is beneficial for the success rate of this project.
Storming – After developing the successful group everybody tried to do their role with deep
interest and passion. But sometimes due to ineffective coordination conflict are also raised
between team members. Due to ineffective coordination team members become confused in their
work.
Norming – In norming me and my group members tried to sought out various problems
which is occurred during the time of conducting this project. Those problems are poor
coordination, different opinions and others.
Performing – In this stage my group members worked together with the feeling of team and
become a strength for each other. Due to conducting project in the form of team the problems
which is raised in the norming stage is effectively reduced at maximum level.
Adjourning – It is the last stage in this process and here we completed our project
successfully. Then after completion of our project we dissolved our team and all become free.

During the time of preparing and ending this project I faced lot of issues and these issues
create negative impression on me between my team members. Those problems are described
below –
The main problem which I faced during the time of conducting this group project is
arranging the information in systematic way. In this step my main motive is to using my and
team member unique ideas which is important for accomplishing the work in effective way. Due
to improper arrangement of data project is not designed in attractive manner.
The other problem which I faced is that putting of attractive designs and graphics in the
project. The main reason for facing this type of issues is that during the time conducting the
project I did not have much knowledge about digital equipment’s such as computers etc. Due to
this I did not received success for giving proper guidance to my team mates for preparing the
project.
The third and major problem which I faced during this project is that lack of communication.
Miscommunication is highly dangerous for project teams because it impacts negatively in
teamwork. Due to this the conflict is highly raised among team members and also for potentially
detailing our project. Due to raising miscommunication between team member’s information’s
are not passed correctly to others which leads to decrease the productivity of the product.
Then due to facing these type of problems in joined various course during my studies
for solving these issues. Due to conducting various courses my confidence level is highly
increased and also helped to polish my skills.
The skills which I used for solving the problems of my team mates and also increasing the
success rate of my project are –
Communication skills – It is an essential skill for each and every individual person because
with help of skill effective communication are maintained between each other’s. During the time
of developing the group project I understand that project is not prepared by a single person. It
needs group of members in the form of team with different types of talents, ideas and creativity.
Due to this during my studies I get the golden chance for doing the work in team. With help of
effective communication between team mates my communication is highly developed. Due to
effective communication I am able to share my thoughts with my team mates without any type of
hesitation.

IT skills – During the time of my academics and preparing group project I has very less
knowledge about computers and new technologies. At that time, I understand that IT skill is
highly important in our life on regular basis in aspect of doing the work in quick manner. For
reducing this issue during my academics I decided to attend the course of information technology
which leads to increase my work performance. Then the successful completion of my course I
am able to various designs and graphics which is essential for developing the project attractively.
Creativity skills – According to this skill various types of creative ideas are highly important
for developing a group project in effective manner. In this stage my main purpose is to
highlighting the significance of this project in minds of team members. During my studies in
college I improved my creativity skill with help of using effective ideas and designs in the
project. This skill is highly beneficial for me to develop the project which is highly attractive.
In other words, we can say that due to the effective use of above mentioned skills I am able to
identify the problems of my team mates quickly. These skills also assist me to develop a perfect
group project which is beneficial for others.
Problem solving process is basically a five step process which is applied in our project for
solving the issues effectively. The main motive of using this process is to accomplishing the
group systematically and in time.
Firstly, Define the problem is the first step in this process and in this step we identify the
key problems which is occurred in this project. Secondly, gather information’s is the second
step and here lot of information’s are gathered by team mates and me from various sources.
Those sources are articles, books journals and others. With help of various data my team is able
to finish the work in time. Thirdly, generate possible solutions is the third step and here
different types of solutions are prepared for reducing the issues in project. With help of various
solutions, the conflict between team members are highly reduced which leads to increase the
attractiveness of project. Fourthly, evaluate ideas and chose one is the last step and here I
choose best solution for reducing the particular problem in team such as communication etc. Due
to reducing such type of issue our project is finally accomplished in time.
From the analysis of above data, it is understood that problem process plays the crucial role
for reducing the difficulty in project at higher rate. In this way the confidence level of every

group member are highly increased within short duration and also capable for handling any type
of difficult situations easily. According to above information various types of skills are also
important for students for their career growth. Because these skills are coming under the
category of professional work also. In group project new types of ideas and creativity are used by
each member which supports me to complete the task in attractive manner.

CONCLUSION
After the analysis of above data, it is concluded that group project plays the crucial role for
developing the skills and knowledge of each and every student. Because with help of this group
project the work is effectively distributed a due to every members of the team are able to finish
their task in time. This report will cover the specific model such as Tuckman because with help
of this model students easily understand that in which way work is done professionally. Due to
understanding professionalism the career growth of each and every student is secured for long
time. Team work also assist the students to learn that in which way work is done smartly and
within low time. In this report various types of academic skills are also described and those skills
are creativity skills, writing skills, communication skills and others.
