Entrepreneurship always deliver creative value to business and society that is why it is
known as extraction value. The main motive of entrepreneur is to bring innovative change in
enterprise. The factor of risk is generally involved in entrepreneurship while introducing any
business idea or starting any enterprise. This one of the innovative process that design
creative product to satisfy mass audience and leads towards more creation of revenue as well
as profit. The entrepreneur upgrade economic factor of country and brings employment
opportunity in society for development. In enterprise , entrepreneur invented and utilise
advance technology for better result outcome in favour of enterprise. Enterprise belongs to
set of activity where any innovative or generation of business idea executed or implemented
by entrepreneur. The mindset o0f entrepreneur thinks in different perspective in order to
bring change in society. In this report chosen entrepreneur is Jeff Bezos who invented
Amazon in 1994. Amazon is one of the biggest giant of e-commerce and technology

company. Apart from Amazon other entrepreneur project also invented by Jeff Bezos like blue
origin which is one type of aerospace company, Washington Post etc. It is one of the richest
person across the world. Innovative idea of entrepreneur made him great successful and richest
person (Aadland., 2018). Here are some behavioural characteristic of entrepreneur who made
him successful person and brigs innovative idea of entrepreneurship.
Knack of motivation- Jeff Bezos is one of the great innovator from its starting face.
With increase of time face, he realised to be innovator in order to established leading e – retail
website Amazon (Al-Awlaq, 2018). The personality trait drives and contributes innovative
concept in each entrepreneur idea. In starting face entrepreneur design books for his target
