INTRODUCTION
In every place it is important that all the things are done and managed properly as this helps in
the proper management of work and the work is also completed according to the goals. It is the
main function in every business also so that people who are working are organized properly and
they know how the work needs to be done(Roth, 2018). Management is the combined process
which is present in every place which includes planning, organising, decisions making and many
other things. In the management the structure is required so that people know what they have to
do and what are their responsibility. The management is also required in the academics where
students know what things they have to do and how they have to work which will help in
providing the better results which is useful for both the students as well to the school. On the
other hand management helps in making all the things in a systematic which reduces the chances
of any errors. Princess Diana is a member of British royal family who was born on 1 July, 1961
in Nortfolk, England. This report will cover the information regarding Princess Diana with the
help of teamwork and motivational theories and the description of the actions.

Princess Diana which is known to be the Princess of Wales was born on 1 July, 1961 and became
the part of the British Royal Family and she was considered to be the influential force of the
royal family when she got married with Price Charles. The research which my group has done is
on Princess Diana and the work which has been done by her.
Background- The family in which Princess Diana was born is the Spencer family which has a
close relation with the Royal family of the British. She received the education from Silifield
Private school and later on she joined with her sisters in West Heath Girls School but the
academic performance of Princes Diana was not satisfactory and because of which she failed the
exams two times(Sanchez Adorno, 2021). She got married with Prince Charles in the year 1981
but only after five years of marriage their relation got into many problems which is why they had
to take a divorce.

people can develop the information about the disease.
Reflection on group work-
I and my group have done the project on Princess Diana and this project was done successfully
and people who were engaged in this project were knowledgeable and have enough information
which helped me also in completing and gathering the information correctly as that doing project
and collecting information was new to me. I and my group was having certain objectives to
complete and gather the information which was required in the project and this helped in
providing the direction as how the project needs to be done(Ohajunwa and Mji, 2018). I and my
group defined the role as how the work needs to be done and what will be the allocation of the
role regarding which person has top do what. This has helped me and the group to clarify many
things in which nay of the person is having or facing a issue. But we worked as team which has
helped in completing the project on time and so that not conflict can arise in between of the
project and research. I and my team have adopted many strategies for the team work which has
helped in proper coordination and collaboration of work. The strategies which was adopted in
my team has been explained below-
Good communication- Every individual in the team were on the side of having good
communication in which I and my other team members used to share the views and
options which can be put von the project. People in my team were expert in either
collection or gathering of information and some in another which has helped us to
develop a good research project on Princess Diana.
Diversity in the team- Diversity in the team involves the people who are having
specialisation in one or the other thing. As I am good in making the evaluation of the
things and providing the conclusion accurately which is considered to be the most
important factor to develop a good research project. Similarly the other team members of
mine are having specialisation in some other things which was helpful for us in
developing a good research.

very excellent way. When my team will have a right and good amount of cooperation
then all the things will be done in a good way and also the project will be completed on
time and with best conclusion. I and my team have the feature of working in
collaboration and in working for this project we does not faced any issue of non
cooperation.
Motivational theories used by team-
Maslow theory of motivation-
Maslow theory is based on the needs which has to be identified so that the individual can
increase its motivation to do and accomplish good results. This theory is based on certain factors
which was the main motivation for me and for my team which are explained below-
Physiological needs- These needs are related with the basic needs which every person
must be having and which my team member was having which was not the main factor
for our motivation(Alvarez and Rangan, 2019).
Security and safety needs- The security need is the other on which is the main
motivation factor for the people. The main security need which I my group requires is
that to provide the best outcome of the project so that no problem can come.
Social needs- The social needs are related with the factors which includes the sense of
belonging, social relations with the people. This factor was the most important for us as
this will be helpful for me when I and my group will be able to develop and produce a
good project as this will result in more social communications and development of more
good relations with the other people(Ballard, 2018).
Esteem needs- Esteem means the respect in the minds of the people which is considered
to be the most important factor. In my group project I just want that the project must be
done in a excellent way so that we can earn respect of the people. Self actualisation needs- The top factor which means that the person have reached to the
ultimate goal and this has helped to generate a good motivation(Gainsford and Robertson,
2019). When the research on the project will be done successfully then me and my team
will be highly motivated.

of project. My team and I will also require the place in which we are able to concentrate
on the things (Spiotta, 2018). Cooperation- It is also important to build good co-operation in the team because without
cooperation it would be impossible for me also to work and do the project. Complete
cooperation is required in the teamwork and also in the job(Tao and Gao, 2018).
Motivational factors-
This is considered to be the most important at one in terms of motivating the person on a true
basis. The factors which are required in my team for having complete motivation are-
Achievement- It is very important to develop a sense of achievement and for me and my
group it will be considered as the most important one.
Responsibility- Giving responsibility is the other factor which helps in increasing the
motivation of the team. I will be motivated when I will be given some duty in the
research project which we are doing.

While doing the work in a team I have developed and learned many things. These things will be
considered to be as the most important for the present time and also in my future. In the group
work I have learned and developed and many of the things which are required at time. I have
started trusting people and teamwork is only related with trust on the other team members. But
the other thing for which I have to take action is that I m not having the skill of leadership which
is mostly required not just in the team but also in the career(Button, 2019). The other things
which I have to take in consideration is the proper time management which I have to do and
work on otherwise I would not be able to make success in my life. Time management will be
helpful to me in setting and establishing the goals and will be helpful for me in increasing my
productivity because I would be able to do the work on a timely basis and will always keep me
organised in my work and my approach(Yokota, Ooi, and Sano, 2019). I am working and taking
important one to increase the motivation of the person.
