INTRODUCTION
Group working skills also referred to as team working skills which means the inter linked
abilities which made an individual to work in most effective way in an organised group. TEAM
here stand for together everyone achieves more. It has been observed that when people work
together, they bring on the ground different strength and capabilities and because of this great
things can be easily accomplished. From organisation point of view, employers offer the ability
to work with a team(Akben, 2020). Thus team working skills also defined as the ability of the
members of the team to work together in each and every situation. Thus the report below will
cover the importance of the team working skills or group working skills for their development
along with the recommendations.

Generally it is seen that when students participates in the team activities, then it helps the
students in developing their important communication and collaboration skills and along with
this it prepare the students for success inside and outside the classroom. When working in a
group, it has certain prior requirements like the involvement of interpersonal and process
management skills. Furthermore, group work refers to the collaborative learning environment
where students work with the problems and assessments together. Students through this gets
equipped with the ability to delegate the roles effectively along with the responsibilities, invest
their knowledge and skills and receive support from one another.
