Short Summary of the Business
Grow Your Business is an organization that was set-up by John Jones and is now co-owned
by John and his wife Jane. The organization produces and sells organically certified products.
The business started from John’s backyard and most of the pasture land has been converted in
the vegetable garden. John decided not to sell the vegetables through local markets; rather the
orders were accepted from the customer over the phone. The contact information of the
customers is maintained in the Customer Book. Customers pick up their orders as there is no
option of home-delivery. John handles all the activities related to production and harvesting
while Jane carried out customer-relations, management of payments, and pick-ups. There are
