1 SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN Summary: Grow Your Business is a producer of foods which are certified to be organic and this was started by John in his large backyard and besides this he also utilized the unused land of the neighbors. The business prospect expanded as John moved into his family property which was previously used as a dairy farm. Besides this after moving to his family property John turned most of the pasture ground into vegetable fields. The foods produced by the business was of high quality so the customers were ready for paying top dollars for the product. Besides this John did not sell any of his produced food in the local markets as his customers come to him so there was no need for him to visit the markets. All the business deals were done over the phone where the customer have to place an order before the came to pick up the order which initially made John to work over a long list of vegetables and this took a long time as john had to look from the starting of the list till the end of the list. John belonged to a family of farmers and besides this he was also passionate and dedicated towards growing of vegetables. So he started growing vegetables without the usage of any kind of pesticides or artificial fertilizers which means that it was totally done in an organic way. Before starting this business john used to work as a mechanic but now he is totally dedicated towards growing of the vegetables and selling those vegetables. For taking the orders John used to talk to the customers on phone but now with growing demand they are thinking of moving towards the adoption of a new Information System.

3 SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN Use of the new information system The New Information System that is to be deployed would be utilized for the purpose of handling the ordering the process. The main reason for the purpose of the implementation of the Information system is for saving time along with the handling of the customer database and the bills. Tracking and documentation would be greatly helping in the solving various kind of issues. By adaptation of the Information system “Grow Your Business” would become capable of delivering their food products without any kind of errors besides this the billing procedure would also become automated so making the process of purchasing much more easy. The information system would be associated with the elimination of various kind of errors which includes the errors in the accounts, errors in providing the right delivery to the right person, delay in delivery, and many more.
