1.0 Introduction:Employees are the main pillars of an organisation and they drive performance of anyorganisation. If they are efficient, the company will run efficiently and if they are inefficientcompany will lose its business. This also depends on the type of the business. in case of thehotel business, front staffs have a good control over the performance and reputation of thehotel as they are the one who interact with the customers of the hotel. This paper focuses onthe management of the human resources by shading lights on how the company willundertake the change management process in order to invade the markets of the othercountries. The paper highlights a memo presenting the issues of the company along with thejob advertisement for the requirement of a hotel manager for the location of the UK. lastly,the paper summarises with a discussion which is aimed at the investors, objective of which isto make them understand about the change management process and seek investment for thefuture expansion.2.0 Task 1:a. MemorandumCompany name: Huntsman Hotel plcChange is the process to modify the internal systems in order to cope with the externalsituation of the business. Change management process helps the organisation to mitigate thechallenges currently faced by the Huntsman Hotel plc. The process involves all thestakeholders to change the way they behave and interact within the organisation.Consequently there is also chance of facing restriction from the side of the employees. Like all the other businesses in the economy, Huntsman Hotel plc is facing lot of thechallenges in the business. However, most of the challenge stems from the fact that, thecompany has a low level of human resource management. This not only creating problem forthe existing staffs of the hotel but also affecting the quality of the service provided to thecustomers. Therefore the issues of the hotel need to be addressed and mitigated for thebetterment of the performance of the hotel. One of the crucial issues of the hotel is that the managers of the company have inadequateskills when it comes to managing the employees of the organisation. Consequently, the frontstaffs of the hotel are not properly guided for the delivery of the services to the customers. In3
