INTRODUCTION
Higher Education is study on tertiary education leading to award on academic degree. It
is a final stage of formal learning that takes place after completion of secondary schooling. It is
distributed at academics, colleges, universities, seminars and institutes of technology and also
from trade schools, vocational schools and other college that offers degree (Cairney, 2018). It
mainly includes research, teaching, exacting applied work and activities like social services of
universities. It is important for every nation to develop their company which solely depends on
quality of human resources in their enterprise. Student will get success when they apply many
habits in their day to day work. Some of them are as explained below.
ASSESSMENT1
Three habits which are important for student success:
There are many habits required for student to get success in their career as after
completion of higher education. Obsessed with self development, as when life starts to proceed
many types of circumstances is faced by individual like changing environment and new roles
required by person tom adopt it. Personal development plan helps to handle pressure which are
comes with continuous changes and challenges to cope up with well equipped in all areas of life.
It is a ongoing process of self improvement for student to get success in their life. It includes
setting objectives for themselves and put on plans to achieve those goals. In addition, by personal
or self development it improves individual's potential, talents, consciousness and capability to
realize dreams and create wealth for future. By self expansion, it enables student to have a
definite vision of future which provides clear vision to them that in few months what they wants
to achieve. With self improvement plan it not only helps individual to improve their weaknesses
but also helps to develop inner strength (Crovetto and et. al., 2018). This can be achieved by
taking time to focus on tend and using strength to being excellent from good. When a student
achieved specific goals, develop certain area in their life and gained another habit its naturally
feel confidence from inner body. It boost morale of individual to improve standard of their life.
Furthermore, personal development is closely associated to self awareness. It gives opportunity
to person to draw honest look at their life life which needs improvement. By this person analyse
about themselves and values, this leads to improvement in self awareness and fulfilment of
experience.

The other habit in student success is, Set Goals, aim or target are very crucial for student
to get success in their life. Tracking and setting goals helps individual to learn about life habits
like planning, time management and organisation while also includes self awareness, building
communication habits and confidence. With help of suitable term, it becomes number one
priority for individual to look on success by making clear vision, mission to achieve setting
goals. Objectives and goals provide student to examine ability of themselves and progress they
want in their future. When clear goals are set, it reduces procrastination. When an individual set
clear goal that what they want to achieved there is less room of hesitation. This leads proper
planning and time management habits to attain objectives (Dollinger, Lodge and Coates, 2018).
When individual analyse that long term goals can be achieved by proper concentration of
mission, so this increases motivation in them. Setting goals examines a clear pathway to success
for student to focus on their working habits. This helps in preventing them from discouragement,
overwhelming or frustration in them. Setting smaller goals is also important because it helps
individual to keep track of progress that have made towards larger goal and helps to stay positive
about way from which life is progressing. In addition, student have ability to step next ahead
when one goal is achieved. When goal is set by anyone must be commit to paper. This provides a
blueprint that helps to achieve long term goals that helps them to remain focused and motivation.
In addition, other habit which is helpful in success of student is Great Self Discipline is
defined as having control on oneself. It gives self control overreactions and boosts an individual
inner strength. One of main element of self discipline is its potentiality to resign immediate
gratification and pleasure. It is most important habit an individual should possess. It offers
person power to make right decisions, achieve goals and despite temptations. Discipline may be
regarded as strongest attribute of successful people, which encourages student to stay focused on
attainment of goals. In addition, take initiative measures when there is difficult task and it allows
them to overcome obstacles or hurdles which propels them to not achieve new heights. With help
of self discipline, it allows person to organize their schedule and get things done rightly. It
shapes an individual to remain compatible in their work and to achieve success. By self
discipline it boosts a student's self esteem and work ethic simultaneously. In addition, it molds a
person to improved category of themselves (Hamann, Pilotti and Wilson, 2020). Furthermore,
when a student is self discipline, they nurtures his path with inner strength, confidence and self
esteem which leads to happiness and satisfaction of themselves.

organised, it will save time for looking things and also get more time to make time to work on
important projects. By stay organised, student gain a sense of control and gain energy, calm from
their space. For success, student have to organised their workplace in quite good manner in
which they become motivated and work effectively and efficiently to achieve mission and goal
of them (Lett, 2020). Student can be organised when they use additional resources to achieve
assistance in work. In higher education, students must be involved with extra curricular activities
to stay organised for achieve advantage of all resources.
Another habit for student is Use of technology for their advantage, in today's scenario
students have access of internet with them, an unbelievable resource which offers huge amount
of information by one single click. They have access to wealth of information online which
includes instructional videos, practice problems and published texts. Individual who learn from
technology can create group of habits that help them all over their own future career. With
technology, cost of education is reduced, education becomes more accessible and flexible. As in
growing popularity of mobile learning and online degrees, this leads to removal of physical
boundaries and many executives use technology to supplement education to their employees.
Next habit student have to use for success is, Put integrity and honesty first, as famous
saying, Honesty is telling truth to other people, integrity is telling truth for self. Meaning of
integrity is feel whole that is complete person. So it defines as sense of togetherness and
completeness a person enjoy to live with honesty and integrity. Student in their life should have
goal to always be honest and trust worthy to their work and colleagues. It gives a sign of good
future leader and progress n their life (Pugatch and Wilson, 2018). Basic characteristics of
student to get succeed in their life are sound moral, basic honesty and ethical beliefs. It
encourage positive environment and encourage higher productivity to work with motivation.
With true integrity it leads to things done in right manner and never praise for any recognition.
Another habit student have to possessed as they have to Action Oriented, student which
have proper knowledge of working or learning capability are do their task in effective manner.
They are decision making person, they make determination for themselves for attainment of
goals. They take full responsibility of their actions for their failures and success. They never put

blame on someone, they learn from their failures. In action oriented, students should have to
believe in their energy that must spent in present and planning for growth in future. Moreover,
students have to be risk taking, as they give many exams which results in unsuccessful but they
never leave their hopes (Torstveit and et. al., 2018). With taking a risk is mainly achieve goal
which leads to face fear of uncertainty with courage. So students should be risk taking and action
oriented people which results in improving chances of achieving future objectives.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from above analysis, as with higher education it leads to achieve award on
academic degree. For student having proper skills or habits as above discussed are, obsessed with
self development, great self discipline, stay organised, setting goals, action oriented, always be
honest and integrate. This leads to create positive attitude in students for attain success in future.
For success in life, it leads to achievement of setting goals or objectives. Setting smart goal plays
a significant importance for bright future. This can only be done by choose right path and
concentrate all energies in all direction.

provide better job opportunities to students and provide them comfort lifestyle. This report

Reading skills helps students to discover new things by enabling them to educate

thinking. It helps to develop mind and imagination and the creative side of student or individual.

Generate questions: A good strategy to teach all the students that they can pass through
all the chapters and passages so they can generate questions according to their interest.
These questions could be about what just happened or what will happen in future, doing
this can help the students to focus on main idea and increase the student engagement with
material. Thus, generating questions could help students to boost their interest in reading
and improver their reading skills( Succi. and Canovi. 2020.).
Read Aloud and Monitor: This is very important strategy to improve reading skills.
There is evidence that read aloud is beneficial for students. This can push student to
deeper thought around big ideas. Thus, after reading aloud can support conversation in
class that help student to make critical connections.
Promote cooperative talk: Having students stops periodically to turn and talk in order to
discuss what they just has been read can reveal any issue with understanding. This is use
full strategy that can used after a read aloud when all students have shared experience in

they can trace latter and words. Write down latter and words could help the students to

beliefs. Thus, keeping journal helps students to analyse and grow their writing skills(.
