Once you have identified the community, enter your responses directly into this document to clearly outline the steps you will take to
complete your community assessment. This list should be comprehensive and include the type of data you will gather and where/how
you plan to obtain that data. Be sure to include data regarding literacy levels, culture, religion or other key factors that may impact the
delivery methods of your teaching program.
