Different classical management theories
Classical Management is used by several business organizations. Traditional
management theory is more of a centralize management process that has a distinct and
separate management process. Traditional Management is also diversified in 3 different
types. The different types of Traditional management includes Scientific theory, Bureaucratic
management theory and Administrative management theory. Fredrick Taylor was the initiator
of the scientific management theory. The Scientific theory was established in the year 1911.
Temporal factors are taken into consideration for completion of projects that are undertaken
by the business organization. Scientific management theory deals with all the issues that are
present in the business organization. Hazev, Haz and Tas has been using Scientific
management theory as per their business management methodologies. Performing synthesis
of data as per the functioning of the business are taken into consideration. The data that are
collected acts as framework for the completion of the project. Bureaucratic management is
related with the task specialisation, Hierarchical authority management, formal selection,
rules and regulation of Hazev, Haz and Tas. Carrier orientation of the employees of the
business are also taken into consideration. Bureaucratic management theory helps in better
understanding of the requirements that will be beneficial in the project completion.
Administrative management includes 6 important stages, namely predicting, planning,
organizing, commanding, coordinating and monitoring of the entire project. In the planning
stage initiating of the project is performed. After initiating of the project, organizing of the
resources that are required in commencing of the project in a better manner. Commanding the
employees of the organization for better performance of the project is performed.
Coordination among the employees will also be performed with the help of the
Administrative management theory. Monitoring of the entire report will also be provided as
per the management of Hazev, Haz and Tas.

Role of leaders and different leadership styles
Inspiring employees are the main role of leaders. Leaders must be capable enough to
inspire the employees. This ensures the fact that the management of the project will get easier
as the employees will stay motivated. This motivation of the employees will help the leaders
to gain higher efficiency. Vision creation is also one of the major aspect that is performed by
the leaders. This aspect leads to the fact that the management of the project will get
performed as per initiation of the project. Leaders will be responsible for setting up of the
path that will be followed by the employees of the organization. With the help of the path that
is shown by the leader the output of the project will be dependent. Scheduling of the project
will be performed by the leaders. With the help of the scheduling of the project, the entire
team will be performing as per the requirement of the project. This understanding of the
process will help in better execution of the project. Hazev, Haz and Tas will be getting
benefitted from the roles that are performed in a better manner.
The different styles of leaderships that affects the functioning of the project includes
Democratic leadership, Autocratic leadership and strategic leadership. With the help of the
fact that the democratic leadership is concerned the leaders are open to the acceptance of the
data management. With the help of the understanding of the entire scenario, the main
advantage that is gained includes the fact that the understanding of the project will be
performed as per the wants and ideology of the employees of the organization. In case of the
strategic leadership the main aspect that is taken into consideration includes the fact that the
management of the project will get performed as per the strategies that will be plotted by the
leaders. With the help of the autocratic leadership, centralizing of the leadership management
will be performed as per the processing of the project. The leaders are in-charge of setting up
of the entire scenario. With the help of autocratic leadership process the main advantage that

a better manner.
Reviewing the management and leadership styles of Hazev, Haz and Tas
chains
Usage of 3 types of leadership process is proclaimed. Hazev, Haz and Tas uses
flexible leadership style. In this process the leaders are well processed with the management
of the entire system. With the help of the entire process and expansion of he project the main
aspect that can be taken into consideration is that the management of the project will get
managed as per the setting of the system. The success of the project is highly linked with the
completion of the project. This leads to the fact that the management of the project will get
performed as per the task that are performed with the help of the combination of the
leadership and the management process, the main advantage that will be gained includes
better commencement of the project. Expansion of the business organization as per the
understanding of the project leads to the fact that better results are gained by Hazev, Haz and
Tas. Hence it is proved that commencing of the project gets better.
Investigation of digital technology
With the help of the implementation of the digital technology the main advantage that is
provided includes better understanding of the financial aspect of the project. With the help of
the assessment of the digital technology the financial data collection can be performed and
hence the management of the project gets functional as per the data setting. The data that are
gained as per the digital technology can be used for execution of the project in a better
manner. Digital technology is also used in the processing of marketing. With the help of the
marketing aspect the main advantage that Hazev, Haz and Tas gets is that proper

project. The entre scenario will affect the functioning of the project will get benefitted as the
