The Health and Human Service Management (HHSM) denotes a wide range of activities that
determine healthcare communication, treatment, intervention and post-intervention healthcare
communication. HHSM is capable to unfold the intervention process of the sports injuries.
Basketball is a body contact game having large scopes for various physical injuries. The manager
of the basketball team should adopt the HHSM framework to analyze the injuries through
effective communication and intervention process. The previous healthcare information is also
required to bring pace in the intervention process. Trial and Error Theory and expectancy theory
has been adopted to analyze the sports injury intervention techniques. The study has also focused
on the debriefing strategy and effective communication to mitigate the sports injury issues by
framing HHSM properly.
