MAIN BODY1. How would I describe my own health?My name is Emma Jones and I am 38 years woman with five kids of ages 12 years, 10years, 7 years, 4 years and 18 months. Recently, my husband got separated from me and startedliving nearby my home with another woman. This situation has led to adverse effects on theoverall upbringing of my kids who have become disoriented and detached from the worldlyconnections. Moreover, it has taken a toll on my health in the worst manner. It has led tospiralling mannerisms in my entire demeanour and my health. I started binging on food inuncontrollable manner and also started making fuss out of certain things. Moreover, I gainedaround two stones since my husband, Matt left me. I am in deep trouble due to this comforteating as I am not able to understand the events that are taking pace in my life. There is anuncertain question mark on my future and that has left me in doldrums, and feeling like an emptyentity. Furthermore, this also led to the path of depression and vacuum in my life. I startedworking in part-time jobs but I felt like a burden. I couldn't take care of my kids properly. MYeldest son started skipping classes whereas my another kid shoplifted and got caught. Lately, Ifound a lump in my breasts and was hit by a jolt because it led to another darker road in my life.Along with, one of the consultants refereed my case and suggested me to undergo surgery but Idecided to do it as being a day's patient. There were many worries I had in my mind, as howwould I continue my life because of my family's past records where I have had already lost myNan ten years ago along with my mother who was treated for it for another five years. Therefore,it is evident that I am going through one of the toughest times of my life where I saw my love tomove to another woman and leaving me behind with my kids with the eldest one with the age of12 years and the youngest as 18 months.2. What does it take to remain healthy?Health can be considered as one of the most important factor which ultimately affectswhole system of the human body (Chatterji and et.al., 2015). This is the process of beingphysically and mentally free from all the illness which ultimately impacts on the life of thepeople. A good health of the person helps in calming the minds of the person which makes themfeel free from all the anxieties, depression. Emma Jones works in a pub as a part-time workerand half of the time she stays at home to spent some quality time with her family. But her
