INTRODUCTIONPhysical education is the sector in education which is studied in school consideringphysical fitness of children. When students and children have knowledge about importance oftheir physical health, they can take care of their day to day activities (Casey, A., Goodyear, V. A.and Armour, K. M. 2017). As per current life style, it is analysed that there is less physical workde to which h there are any health issues which are faced by people in earlier age. When childrenare conscious and aware about their health aspects, then it is easy for them to reduce possibilitiesof health issue such as obesity, eyesight get weak, etc. so it is important to create awarenessamong people regarding maintaining physical health. In this report, there is discussion aboutmeaning of physical education in context of Malaysian prospects and different componentswhich has to be considered to maintain physical fitness.PART A1. Introduction to Physical EducationPhysical education refers to the study in which there is many physical exercise, games,etc. through which body of individual performs some movement. In order to provide appropriateknowledge about physical movement of body, physical education as subject is incorporated. Inphysical education, different games are included such as football, cricket, rounder, athletics,e etc.where individuals get physical fitness. There is difference in physical activities of countries andthere are many programs with the help of which individuals gets exercise in their routine life.There is requirement of proper training with the help of which students gets to know about actualway of performing physical education. If there is proper take care of physical activities, then it isessential and significant to get positive impact on well being and health.With undertaking physical education in curriculum, there is positive impact on physicalability and body fitness of individuals (Cattuzzo and et. al. 2016). With performing gymnasticsand dance activities, there is increment in body maintenance. With curriculum activities, there isrequirement of focus on non- curriculum activities as well. Wen through education, it iscompulsory for children to take part in any physical education, then student take it as mandatoryand take interest in it. This gives positive impact on social growth of society with physicalphysically fit people. With taking classes in school, children came to know about importance ofphysical work and diet which is beneficial for them. Due to lavish lifestyle, children does not1
