INTRODUCTIONIn a general context, health and safety can be considered as a procedure for preventinginjuries or accident in public environment or workplace. It is very important to take preventivemeasures against health issues because this is the only way to keep an individual healthy andthus they are able to perform their daily routine in the most effective manner (Reyes, San-Joséand Sancibrian, 2014). In respect of work place as well, people who are concern about theirhealth would be able to give their best. In this context, NHS which is also known as “NationalHealth Services” is a healthcare system. This is a national & publicly funded organisationfounded in England. This report will enable to understand the various aspects of healthcarepolicies and legislations. CASE STUDY- 1 Covered in posterCASE STUDY- 22.1- Use of information related to risk assessment in care planning for individual.In context given report case study, it can be derived that the problem of obesity havebeen rapidly increasing in U.K. There is no serious procedure or prevention taken in order tocontrol this issue. Bariatrics policy is not at all implemented and result of this can be seen in theincreasing level of obese people in U.K. Policies related to bariatrics should be made in order todeal with obesity among people.(Mention which policies?) By collecting information about risk assessment can actually help in planning a betterhealth care for obese people (Dėjus and Antuchevičienė, 2013). All the parameters should benoted down and after giving full attention to it, a sound healthcare planning can be made.After analysing all the factors that are required to make a good health care plan,organisations should modify or even introduce new policies which will be very helpful inresolving the problem related to handling and moving the bariatrics patients. Several provisionscan be made so that bariatrics patients can find comfort and their health can be improved. It is important to have a risk assessment plan for the patient based on the risk of obesitythey carries. The risk factor may be based on different factors considering their health. The gideprovided to them amd care plan prepared must be directly related to the risk assessment made1
