Introduction
It is a major responsibility of health and social care organisation to provide high-qualitytreatment
and facilities to people toreduce health issues. The governmentof country developsvarious
policies and legislation which is followed by everyhealthcareorganisation while providing
services to clients. To avoid unnecessary activities it is important for an organisation to
communicate developed procedures and policies to employees in a proper manner so that they
can deliver servicesaccordingly. This report is based on Fleetwood Hall which is a large care
home set that deals with a huge number of people with different diseases. It is the major duty of
the manager to resolve all the issues and problem which are faced by the organisation. To
improve quality of services and facility it is essential for management to monitor and control
activities of employees. In this report, several policies and procedures have been examined
which is used by Fleetwood Hall in the decision-making process. Also has been analysed the
impact of implemented policies and procedures in this organisation. Apart from this,various
ethical dilemmasare faced by the employees of Fleetwood that has been determined in this
report.

It is necessary for Fleetwood Hallto use required policies, procedures and system to deliver great
services and facilities to customers. To satisfy needs of clients and patients it is highly important
for health and social care organisation to implement safety and security policies. Fleetwood Hall
must provide safetyto employees so that they can deliver great services to patientsandwork in a
well-organized manner to attain set goals and objectives. Every healthcareorganisationshould
design great system and structure where employees are able to perform allocated roles and
responsibilities in most appropriate and suitable manner (Brett, et. al., 2014). To avoid the
chance of errors and issues it is essential for Fleetwood Hall to communicate legislation,
policies,andprocedures to employees so that they can follow them in the workplace. Some of
them are as below:
Health and safety management: It is a majorresponsibility of Fleetwood Hall to monitor and
evaluate policies of health and social care for implementation to deliver great services.

management information system to achievea betterresult (Brett, et. al., 2014). With the help of
