INTRODUCTIONIn this modern scenario health and safety considered as the most essential element ofsociety. Each individual is concern about their own safety and security in order to living acomfortable and easy life style. Some organisations are set up for providing benefits andsatisfaction to their stakeholders who are involved in business and their basic purpose is toproviding high quality services and products to people rather than earning high amount of profit.Health and safety within a health care sector is very much essential as to ensure about safety oftheir staff members or other people that they are safe and not get hurt by any thing or object. Thepresent report is based on different case studies scenarios in which various issues are discussedin detailed manner (Alexander, Kruszewski and Webster, 2012). The first case study is based onMr John who has been employed as a care home manager in Newham London. The second casestudy is based on Mr Sam who severe from Apraxia in the age of 42. he has been categorised asa suffering from major diseases Mania, under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. In this reportvarious rules, legislations and risks will also be discussed in detail manner. In this modern era each health and social care centres are focussed on establishing aneffective communication channel within the firm in order to transforming data and informationthrough one place to another for rendering high quality and best services to their significantcustomers and clients. firms adopt various types of systems, policies and procedures tocommunicate required data and information to their staff people. It is essential to provide theirproper training to their employees, how to react on the situation of emergency. Organisations arefocused on creating an effective culture and environment that promotes a standardised set oflegislations and regulations for whole organisation and its activities. System, policies andprocedures are linked with each other as these are effective in implementing a communicationchannel within the organisation (Badri, Nadeau and Gbodossou, 2012).
