INTRODUCTIONIn health and social care, wellbeing and safety is an essential consideration for allpractitioners. It is necessary for continuous monitoring the executing health and safety legislationand policies. In order to do so, BUPA are providing health and safety (Phillips,2016). Thisreport is based on Four Seasons Health Care (Scotland) Limited (FSHCL) and NorthStaffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. These organizations are providing healthcareservices that consists of method, plan of action and process for communication collection onhealth and social care work with legislature necessitate. The report will highlight the, duty in aspecial wellbeing and social care work place for the administration of health and safety and itspriorities. Further, this report will also comprise of collection from risk evaluate sort aid planningfor individuals and organizational decision making about policies and procedures and impact ofone aspect of health and safety policy. Moreover it also includes effectualness of health andsafety policies and practices in workplace along with own contribution to place health and safetyneeds. All the staff members can communicate across the organizational structure tomanage the activities in health and social care workplace (World Health Organization,2014).Thus, BUPA follow a systematic approach to manage information through utilising a specificsystem that is described as record keeping in which an entire record is stored by the organization.It is stated by the law that it is necessary for employers, self - engaged and other people who arein manage of site to avoid the incidents at workplace. According to Reporting of Injuries,Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR), the employer needs toensure to restrict all kind of deadly incidents. The organisations need to maintain a report thatconsists of accidents, injuries, illness, work related deaths in a well-managed manner so that theinformation can be transferred to others whenever it is required. The organisations can record inthe computer that can be access to analyse the patterns of injuries and illness in order to assessthe risks factors. 1

Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 2002 (COSHH) includes hazardoussubstances such as chemicals, products containing chemicals, fumes, dusts, vapours, mists,nanotechnology, etc. It states that organization should protect their employees through exchangeof information (Preibisch and Otero,2014)). This is essential for employees and employer thatthey provide detailed information about perils that can harm them and can cause to death. Soboth of them should carefully exchange information in order to maintain positive environment atworkplace. Care standard act is also a ethical term that has consider for health and social care.According to this regulation management of health organisations requires to provide training totheir worker in order to maximise their working skills as well as capacity. Through this they canprovide quality services to users in effective manner. BUPA can also keeping records of theirpatients with the help of systematic procedures. They are exchanging information which arerelated to health and social care at workplace. 1.2 Evaluate the obligation in particular health and social care work place for administration ofhealth and safetyIn health and social care, safety and health are conceived by authorities association andnon-government organisation in the UK. The authority of UK has managed health care andpublic health system. In this system, obligation are distributed from the local government to thehealth division(Hutchinson and Jackson,2015). This includes service providers and takers, NHSauthorization board, clinical commissioning groups and national and public health. It is theintegrated system in which all the organisational authority have obligation and responsibilities inthe context of health and social care at workplace. The organisation responsibilities is to takecare of their employees, employers, visitors who come for taking services. The BUPAmanagement main duty is to evaluate and monitor the whole procedure which help in improvingperformance and also reach with desired goals or targets.Along with this, the other responsibility of management in HSC is to conduct auditingand inspecting whole workplace. With the help of such factors, they are easily identify potentialhazards and dangers which occurs within an organisation and try to resolve them. It is the bestway through which they can recognising the risk before they have ability to cause an injury. There are number of legislation to assist health and safety in the wellbeing and societalcare at workplace. Health and safety at work Act 1974, the major issue related to workplacehealth, safety and welfare across the various sectors which has been covered in this enactment.2
