INTRODUCTION
Health and social care workplace is the place which works for improving condition of
people residing in society. There are many issues which are prevailed in society and hampers
growth of society. Hence health care centres works for some specific objectives such as health
care of old age people, children education initiative, etc. In order to improve condition of people
residing in society, there is requirement of proper planning and resources so proper services can
be provided (Bibby, 2017).
This report is based on Aldgate Residential Care Home. This is situated in London
Borough of Tower Hamlet. This health acre centre was analysed by Care Quality Commission.
There are around 40 residents clients, out of them 50% is suffering from issue of Dementia. As
per analyse it was found that this organisation is not performing well according to their
benchmarks. They are not treating patient in better manner. Hence this report covers safety
legislations implemented in health and social care workplace, ways in which health and safety
requirement impacts customers and other stakeholders and at last it focuses on monitoring and
review safety and security at health care sector.

2.1 Access how information from risk assessment informs care planning for individuals and
organisational decision
In health and care sector, there are many issues which has to be considered by managers
of Aldgate Residential Care Home. There is difference in issues faced by patients at Aldgate
Residential Care Home, so this is relevant and crucial for making policies for their development
and enhancement. At Aldgate Residential Care Home, there is issue in quality of services
offered by organisers because they are not treating patients well. This affects customer
satisfaction and hence brand image. There are many issues such as patients are treating with
dignity, there is no social activities, cleaning of toilets and room are proper these factors affects
working style of health acre centre (Coleman and et. al., 2012).
In order to deal with such issues, there is requirement of planning which assist in making
policies according to external environment. There are three main issues risk which arise at
Aldgate Residential Care Home, i.e. ill management of health and safety risk, poor quality of
eatables and drinking items, uncleanliness of bathroom facility. Planning is done related making
