INTRODUCTIONIn the present scenario, it is needed to make sure that there is a health and safety in theworkplace as it is one the most important aspects and integral part of healthcare services. It isone of the most vital aspects of health and safety in the issuance of health and social care service.Therefore, the health care services of management and staff workers are mainly accountable thatmake sure that there is a health and safety in the car service setting of health and social (Sargeantand Giovannone, 2011).. The present assignment is based upon the health and safety legislationin the health and social care services. Therefore, the whole brief there is an also discussion on therequirements of health and safety that are direct affecting the practitioner work in health andsocial care services. Thereafter, there is an analysis of reviewing and monitoring health andsocial care system in the workplace. TASK 11.1Review system communicating health and safety within a health and social care workplaceCommunication system needs to be effective in the workplace so, the clients able tocontact or transfer message to another party in most desired manner. In regard to this, health andsocial care workplace needs to adopting the most appropriate communication system. Therefore,NHS adopts various system in the workplace which are describe as follows- Induction training- Most firms are needed to carrying out induction training through theycan able to introduce its firms, their personnel and working condition (Clarke, 2010). Therefore,it facilitates the employees to make understanding the main roles and structure of theorganisation they are working. In context to health and safety there is a compulsory for the HSCto carry out the survey of people so, able to receive the induction of HSC.Data protection act 1988- The NHS adopts the data protection act 1988 in the workplacefor the purpose of protecting the data of service users. It is a responsibility of health and safetycare is that to protect the data and record data of personal information such as political andreligious beliefs, health, criminal record, sexuality and user’s ethnicity etc. It keeps theinformation safer and it also makes sure that client’s information remains secure andconfidential.

Verbal communication: The NHS company adopts verbal communication as can able todeal with the several problems that are occurred in the workplace. The professional in health andsocial care able to deal problems with their patients through effective listening. Non-verbal communication: The NHS company adopts the non-verbal communicationas they can deal with the patients at that time when they are unable to speak at the time drinkingalcohol and drugs etc. In that case, doctors understand the individual facial expression and bodylanguage. 1.2 Outline an organisational chart of health and safety management and also assess theresponsibilities of individuals as per with the legislative requirementsOrganisational Chart of NHS in LondonResponsibility of individuals Employers- The responsibility of employer is that they protect the safety, welfare andhealth of its staff members. It ensured that they are not impacted by its business and theworkers are protected from the cause of harm, incident, accidents happen in theworkplace. The other duty of employers is that to assessing the risk arises in theworkplace and controlling effectively any kind of risks that could arises in the NHS.Apart from this, the another duty of health and safety law is that to implement the riskassessments so, they able to address all types or risk that may cause harm in the healthand social care workplace. Employees- The responsibility of employees in health and safety care is that to make co-operation with the employer (Sargeant and Giovannone, 2011).
