They impact the health and socialcare delivery and change with respect topersonal and professional experiences orchanges (Gradinger et al. 2015). Values ofan individual are shaped by the gender,family, education and life experiences andgreatly impact health and social care. Peopleadopt the values of their parents, believingin good or thinking negative is shaped by thehigh and low education respectively.Dominant values of culture such as winningattitude or more power for men are imbibedsince childhood and remains throughadulthood. Values and beliefs (rational orirrational) are formed by the number ofpeople from opposite sex and good and badevents encountered in life (Gradinger et al.2015).Personal values refer to the rights,integrity, equality, dignity, independence,respect, attitude of care and others areimplemented in personal health and socialcare practice. I work while preserving otherpeople’s respect, dignity and rights that isuseful to maintain privacy of information. Ido not believe in discrimination and harmingvulnerable people through bias attitude.These values are in alignment with the corevalues of the health and social care thatincludes confidentiality, equality anddiversity (Marlowe et al. 2015)Cultures:My family upbringing and diverseculture have helped me respect equality anddiversity and develop compassionateattitude. Experiences of both failure andsuccess in college life have increased myself-awareness and problem solving skills.Value of respecting people since school dayshelp me avoid prejudice, preventdiscrimination and stigmatisation. My

Legislations in mypractice has helped me identify health safetyand welfare issues. Lack of training is thebarrier to implement care considering thesocial, economic and environmental wellbeing of client (Billett 2016).Theories: 150Seedhouse theory arguably changes thegeneral concept of healthcare promotionalpractice. As per the seedhouse theory thehealthcare practitioners have change theirprofessional and personal values thatregulates their work culture and regularpractices. The confusion between facts andvalues can develop the noticeableoperational conflict in healthcaremanagement and practices. The seedhousetheory offers the Foundations theory ofhealth promotion to develop furtherdescription of healthcare operational goalsand activities. The heritage cycle of cultural values andethics shows that the understanding, valuing,caring and enjoying revolve in a systematiccyclic way. The cultural heritage of anyoneis gown up from enjoying the work byunderstanding the process that makes theperson valuing by caring the people. As per the theory of 7 Dimension ofCompassion, the willingness towards thepersonal and professional reflection over theregular is regulated by seven interconnectedfactors of individual lifestyle and behaviournamely Physical, Intellectual, Emotional,Social, Spiritual, Occupational, andEnvironmental (Marlowe et al. 2015).Twelvetrees of Tracking Inequality allows toidentify the functional and potentialinequality of a group of individuals throughthree ways namely Educational tracking,Performance Tracking, and Cultural
