Research background
As time is passing by the increase in health and the expectancy of social awareness, it has
been found that the people of UK have improved a lot. Since the year 2015, it is seen that the
population of people above 65 years has increased a lot. It has been found that 8.5 millions of
people in the country falls in the group of 65 years (Mariecurie.org.uk, 2018). This increment in
population is good but at the same time it is posing threat to the nurses as most of the people
falling in this group of age suffers from dementia. This problem is a big issue as dementia create
problematic circumstances for the nearby people, in some extreme cases, the behaviour shown
by the people suffering from dementia cannot be accepted by the surrounding people. Mostly, the
sufferers remain in the other part of the house or in the centre of care of dementia. However, this
disease do not occur because of a single reason, it occurs if the person has gone through severe
