INTRODUCTION
Health and social care as the term states means services which are provided by health and
social care providers. This study will include discussion over health and care service and its
effectiveness in NHS and role of multidisciplinary teams in relation to health and social care.
Multidisciplinary teams refer to teams in which members of the team are from different
disciplines of healthcare.
Organisation Mission Statement
Mission of the organisation is to ensure the right care, at the right time, in the right place
for people.
This means that organisation has a mission in which right care meaning care which is
being required by the people on the right time and at the right place means wherever patient and
individual require the care (Mayor, 2016). NHS being a health and care organisation this mission
involves care objective of the NHS and because NHS is public health and care organisation
mission statement of NHS involves public at large who is population of UK.
