Introduction
The paper discusses the specific needs of individuals in case of health and social care services.
There is no doubt that health is one of the important factors for every human being. Therefore it
can be added that the life of every human being is depended on the well being of health. Thus
with the daily activity of human beings, there are increasing the health issues in the human body.
In addition, it can be noted that every human being should have the basic idea about the
dynamics of healthcare services and those services can help the human beings to fulfil the needs
in case of health and social care services.
LO1
1.1 Analysis of the concept of health, disability, illness and behaviour in relation to the
users of social and healthcare services
The health and social care service is one of the most important aspects of the daily life of human
being. It is observed in the present day society the perspectives that are related with the health as
well as with social care services are changed with the perception of users. In the earlier ages the
health and social care services were used in case of urgent needs of people but in the present age,
people are aware regarding the daily routine check-up of their health and for this people try to
maintain their health through exercises and so many activities (Aveyard, 2014). Thus it can be
added that nowadays people can understand the importance of being fit to lead their life in a
healthy way. For this, the families of modern society are aware in case of being fit and they also
take regular exercises and other activities that can help to maintain the healthy body with the
changes of social care. Not only that due to the awareness among the human being of society
there is the impact of family members to the health issues of other family members. However, it
can be added that in present day due to the awareness of health as well as social care services
among the society people they try to take care of the other family members by special cares of
social services. Furthermore, it can be noted that as the family members are taking care of other
members of the family with special care the ill person of the family can be able to recover the
health issues with effective way. The patient Petter Connelley was died after 18 injuries and
there is the lack of services due to the social impacts. The social and health care service centres
are playing an important role in case of giving service to the healt6h as well as social care issues.
The health and social care are one of the helpful methods for an ill person that can help the
person to fulfil the demands as well as the needs of the unwell person.

1.2 Perceptions of specific needs in changes over time
It is observed with the changes of time there is also the changes in the concepts that are related to
the health as well as social care services. In present-day society, the modern people are taking the
social care services as one of the needs of the individual person. In this context, it can be added
that in earlier ages people are taking diseases as one of the simple needs but in modern day
society people are more aware of the needs of the health as well as social care and for this, they
are taking the needs of the person is one of the needs of individuals. Thus due to the awareness
of the needs of the individual's the family members are always try to maintain the regular check-
up policy in case of the other family members and own self (Baldwin, 2016). In many cases it is
observed that the patients need the special care in case of social and health care issues but due to
the lack of time family members cannot be able to take care of the person. In that case the health
and social care service centres are playing a major role and those service centres are fulfilling the
needs as well as demands of the patients with the needs of their health issues. However, it can be
added that in case of their deficiency of taking care of the family members the other family
members are giving the charges of the health as well as social care services to the social and
healthcare service centre. Through the awareness of the modern society people, it can be added
that the patients of the modern age society have their proper care and they also be able to recover
with fast actions due to the health and social care services.
1.3 Impact of legislation, social policy, society and culture on the services for individual
needs
The governing of any sector of the country is fully depended upon the legislation, social and
cultural policy of the country. It is observed that the health and social care services are also
facilitated by the legislation policies of the country. In this respect it can be noted that to
facilitate the legislation policies the government sectors of health and social care services are
taking various actions as well as it can be said that the government sectors are applying new law
and order to maintain the health and social care services policy with an effective way with the
needs of individuals (Stewart et al. 2017). However, it can be added that there are various
legislative acts that are related with the social and health care services such as The National
Service Act, Health and Social Care Act and so on.

National Service Act
The National Service Act is taken to supervise the acts of healthcare service centres through the
government supervision sector. Therefore it can be said that through the act of National Social
Services Act the government can supervise the allocated funds of various health and social care
sectors. However, it can be said that with the supervision process of the government the services
of health and social care are continuing with the smooth process and the allocated money of the
particular services are stuff with the concerns of the government (Cameron et al. 2014). It is
observed that in case of flourishing the sectors that are related with the health and social care
services people are playing an important role as the impact of the awareness regarding the social
care services among the people work with the positive way.
Health and Social Care Act
The Health and social care act gives various rules and regulations that have to follow in case of
providing health and social care services to the users. It can be noted that the act not only
provides rules and regulation in case of health and social care services but also shows the fair
policies of the users in case of providing the services of health and social care. Furthermore, it
can be added that the acts can help the users to perform well in case of operations and also
provides reforms to the states to work with the effective way in their services of health and social
care.
LO2
2.1 Analysis of the needs of individuals with specific needs
The carte of the needs of individuals is the needs to analyse. Therefore it can be said that tr4e
care of the individuals are analysed by various operations that can help individuals to take
safeguards in case of their individual needs. Through the analysis process of t needs of the
individuals the understandings of the needs of the particular person can be able to understand by
the others. The understands can help other people as well as the family members to take care of
the person in an effective manner that also can help the person to have the services that are
needed for the condition. Not only has that he understood the individual's needs help the other to
act with those needs with an effective manner (De Raeve et al. 2017). Not only that through the
understandings of the health as well as social care needs the daily routines of the person can be
managed with the needs as well as with the demands. The understanding process can help the
other to take various tactics in case of fulfilling the needs of the person. Thus it is observed that
Document Page
in many cases the individual needs of the person are neglected by others there does not
understand the demands of the person regarding the health as well as social care services.
Therefore it can be said that through the understanding process of the individuals other can
understand the health as well as social needs of the person and their needs are not neglected. In
addition it can be added that the individual’s needs are taken as one of the major need in case of
social as well as health care services (Redmond, 2017). The needs of the patients are neglected
by their family members due to their busy schedules in some cases. Due to the negligence the
patients are feeling insecure that affects their health in many ways and they are acting with an
obvious manner. Not only is that as being frustrated the patients tried to attack other members. It
can be said that for this there is the need for specific care of the individual person by their family
members and that can be the solution of the social as well as health care services. However, it
can be said that the needs of the individuals can be analyses with sincere manner. Mr. and Mrs. E
new were protesting for the human and social rights.
2.2 Explanation of current system to support individuals with specific needs
In present ages there is used the current system policies to support the needs of individuals with
specific needs. Therefore it can be added that in case of supporting the needs of individuals the
challenging behaviours of the person are used. Thus t5he challenging policies can provide
various facilities to the other members of the family as well as to the parents. In that case the
interaction process can help the other person to act with an effective manner in case of
supporting the individual need of the person. Not only that there are used various mechanism
systems to support the health as well as social care needs of the individual person. In addition, it
can be added that the modernised mechanism system can help the person to improve the
conditions of the health. However, it is observed in the typical cases of the health and social care
services the serving staffs are using relaxation injections to give relief to the patients. The
relaxation injection can help the patients to stay with calm situation (Drummond et al. 2015).
Therefore it can be added that the use of different methods in case of support the specific needs
of individuals can help the person as well as the associate members of the person to provide
health and social care services. There is also the modern mechanism system that can easily detect
the needs of the person in case of healthcare services. In addition, it can be added that through
the identification process the service providers can be able to provide proper services to support
the demands as well as the needs of the individual person with an effective manner.

2.3 Evaluation of available services in chosen locality for individuals specific needs
It is an obvious fact that there is always the need of available services in case of health as well as
social care services. Therefore it can be said that for the needs of the services the health and
social care service units should opt with facilities that are needed to provide services to the needs
of the individuals. However, it can be said that the services that are available in the local area of
the service centres can be pretty handy for the users as well as for the family members of the
users. In this context it can be added that there is the need of proper medical facilities in the
surrounding areas of the health and social care service centres. Not only that in the service
centres of the health and social care services there should be assistance as well as efficient
doctors to assist the disorders of the patients with quick actions. Furthermore, it can be added
that the social, as well as healthcare service centres, should have bigger medical facilities that
can work in case of the emergency services of the patients. The food quality of the health care
centres should maintain the quality by maintaining the needs as well as requirements of the
health of the patients (Dickinson and O'Flynn, 2016). Not only that the hygienic quality of the
foods should be maintained by the centres of the health and social care. Therefore it can be said
that all the conditions of the health and social care services should rightly fulfilled by the service
centres. Thus with the fulfilment of those facilities the service centres can be able to provide
proper services to the patients with their individual needs. The available services are required for
the better services of the health and social care service centres that can help them in case of
providing their services to the patients with their specific needs.
LO3
3.1 Approaches and interventions to support individuals with specific needs
In the paper, there are specific strategies as well as approaches that can help in case of taking
care of the individuals in their specific needs. It can be said that in case of the multiple disorders
of the patients the problems has the need of special attractions that can take with special care to
the patients. Through the special attraction process of the problems of the patients the patient can
get proper services from the health and social care service centres as well as from their family
members. The multiple disorders of the patients increase various problems in the patients and for
this the patients have facing problem in their vision as well as in hearing issues. The approaches
of the patients are based on the conditions of the individual (Funk, 2016). The approaches as well
as the innovation of the health as well as the social care services can provide strict approaches to

the problems of the individuals. In that context, it can be added that there should have proper
attention to the needs of the individuals to solve the problems of the patients in a challenging
manner. It is clear that in case of making strategies to overcome the problems of the patients
there is the need of being calm with the strategic actions. The healthcare centres should focus on
the needs as well as on the approaches of the patients to work with those problems by using
various inventory strategies that are available to control as well as available to cure the problem
of the patient. The cognitive therapy is one of the effective therapies that can help to prevent the
multiple disorder of the patriot. Through the approach of the therapy, the patients can be able to
stimulate their senses to activate their various parts of the body. Furthermore, it can be said that
all her inventory strategies are used to improve the medical conditions of the patients in an
effective manner. Mr. and Mrs. E try to improve the social as well human impacts in the health
and social care services.
3.2 The effectiveness of intervention strategies for individuals with specific needs
The effective as well as the inventive strategies are used in case of the patients to have an eye
over the problems as well as on the conditions of the patients. Therefore it can be said that the
inventory strategies are used for the permanent cure of the patients. However it can be said that
the strategies can work with an effective way in case of the specific needs of the individuals. Not
only that the inventory strategies allow various therapies that can help the patients as well as the
health and social service provider to give proper services through those therapies. In that case, it
can be noted that with those therapies the patients can be able to have fast actions that help them
in case of curing their problems in a permanent way. There is also various diagnosis processes in
the inventory strategies for the individual needs (Glasby and Dickinson, 2014). The diagnosis
process can help to detect the problems of the patients and through the detecting process the
service providers can be able to apply different techniques to operate those problems through
which the problems have fast action with the positive way. The health and social care service
centres should have a various operative system that can be able to work with the problems of the
patients with an effective way and through the process, the patients can have fact cure.
Furthermore, it can be added that the strategic inventory ways of the treatments of the patients
can act as a challenging behaviour and it also can be added that through the challenging
behaviour the patients can take effective services in their problems.
3.3 Potential impact of emerging development to support individuals
Document Page
It is observed in the medical services there are various diseases as well as various problems of
the patients that are not curable. The emerging development of the medical services in social as
well as health care services that help the health and social service providers to keeps the changes
of the patients with regular check-up process. Therefore it can be added that there are various
technologies that can help in case of checking the regular position of the patients and through the
checking process the conditions of the patients can measure. Not only that through the
measurement process the health care services can provide effective service to support the needs
of the individuals (D, 2015). It is also observed that in present age medical treatment policy
doctors are suggesting to involve the patients with the social networking sites as well as involve
them with their family members and friends because with the involvement process the patients
can be able to reduce their frustrations that may come from their health issues. Through the
decreasing process of the frustration, the patient's cinema is able to respond to the treatments of
the doctors that also lay its positive impact on the health of the patient. In that context it also can
be added that in case of caring the patients if there is any difficulties the patients keep in isolated
manner and the interaction of the doctor increases. Even in other cases, the sock therapies are
used to balance the mental disorders of patients.
LO4
4.1 Different concepts of challenging behaviour
The paper covers the various strategies in case of the challenging behaviours that are associated
with the patients and the specific needs of the individual patient. It is observed that the
challenging behaviours in case of social and health care services of the patients are one of the
common factors. Therefore it can be added that the challenging behaviours of the individuals are
not accepted by society. In this context it can be noted that with the development of the society
as well as with the help of the knowledge in the education system people are undeveloped and
their knowledge are rapidly growth with the gathering knowledge from their education. The
proper education system of people can help to bring awareness and through the awareness the
perspective of society is changed and the changes are observed in the challenging behaviours of
the health and social care issues (Manners, 2017). Therefore it is observed that in modern age
people, think that the awareness of social and health care are one of the important aspect of life
and in that case the social care service centres are able to provide proper services to the patients.
The challenging behaviours in case of the health problems are especially shown by the children

as well as by the old person and the challenging behaviours can be categorised through various
steps are such as aggression, violent acts of patients, attacking mentality of individual patient,
frustration and so on. The illegitimate sexual acts of people also create awkward situations in the
society. The individuals are showing their challenging behaviours for different actions that are
related with their health problems and one of the major reasons is the isolation as well as the
lesser dedication of time of the family members.
4.2 Potential impacts of challenging behaviour on health and social care organisations
It is very crucial as well as very tough for the social and healthcare organizations to deal with the
individual problems as well as with individual needs of people. Therefore it can be said that the
individual needs of the person can be mixed the impacts of the social and healthcare
organizations. In case of the challenging behaviours of the patients the health and social care
organisations are facing very tuff situation in case of solving those challenging behaviours of the
patients. Not only that the organisation are taking important steps to socialise the patients by
solving their challenging manner (Lewis, 2015). On the other hand it is observed that in much
difficult case of the patients the health care of the social organisations are not act with effective
manner. Therte4foer the violent acts of the patients are acting as one of the threats to the social
service organizations as well as to the other patients of the organisations and it are also observed
that the violent activities of the patients are creating accidents in some cases. Due to the
accidents there are creating a dent on the reputation of the health and social care organisations
and for reducing the dent of the reputation of the organisations are working with special care
units. However, it can be added that the individual care of the challenging behaviour of the
patient is one of the most important fact for the health and social care organisations and that can
be done by effective manner because the shortcomings of the challenging behaviours of the
patients may lay its impact on the organisations with a large scale. Not only that the positive
improvement of the individual challenging situations of the patients are dedicated to the acts of
the health and social care organisation. However, it can be said that in case of health and social
services of the organisations impacts on to individuals with a mixed manner with their specific
needs.
4.3 Strategies for working with challenging behaviours
The social service organizations are putting the challenging behaviours among the patients in
extreme care services. Therefore it can be said that the challenging behaviours of the patients can

help the organizations to understand their challenges as well as helps the organisation to act
according to the needs of the individuals. It is observed that the challenging behaviours are
shown by the individuals at the time of showing something or at the time of expressing
something to the other. Through the strong challenging behaviours of the patients, the social and
health service providers can understand the original root of the problem of the patient and take
steps to go ahead with solving process of the particular manner of the patient (Makai et al. 2014).
The needs as well as the demands of the patients should be understand by the service providers
of social and health care organisation and through the understandings the organisation can act
with the demands of the individuals with their specific needs. Not only that the organizations are
taking various strategies in case of acting with proper way with the challenging behaviours of the
patients and the acts of the organisation are resulting with positive effects with the patients.
Conclusion
To conclude it can be said that the paper discusses the social and health care services of the
organisation in case of the diseases of the patients. Therefore it can be said that there are many
complexities in the services of the organisation to the patients as the organisation cannot measure
the problem of the patients and for this, they are not able to act with effective manner. In
addition, it can be noted that to work in an effective manner the organizations are implementing
strategies to provide services to the individuals with their specific needs. Not only that the
organisation are also implying modern medical technology to the services of the patients that can
help the organisation as well as the patients to act with positive results.
