INTRODUCTION
A health care organization manage and provide the best quality of services to their client
regarding the physical, social and mental etc. these are main criteria that support to measure the
actual health of people. Road is health care organization and it is based on the public sector in
the United Kingdom. This organization is providing the best quality of services regarding health
issues and problems. Road also requires patient to pay prescription charges with different range
of exemptions. This report will discuss about the specific structure of Road and also comparison
with another organization structure. This assignment will discuss about the organizational culture
and the way it impacts on entire business process (Yang and Min et.al., 2018). Further, this
report describe different types of roles and responsibilities for health care manager in road.
TASK 1
Structure of Road
Road organization which is based on the government and the main role is to set up
specific goals and objective. The direction of road is improved towards the health care services.
Frank is registered manager for performing different tasks for providing the best services and
facilities to their patients (Adler-Milstein and Smith et.al., 2017).
The secondary of state for social and health care
The secretary has responsibilities for managing the overall department of health and
social care. They also planning an effective strategy regarding the public health. This is also
providing the social care in England.
Department of social and health care
The department of health care is responsible for planning the strategic leadership and also
providing the funding for the purpose of social and health care. It is based on Ministerial
department that supported by various agencies (Aggarwal and van der Meulen et.al., 2017).

Road:
It is an independent body under the government. This organization mainly focus on to
improve their services and facilities or providing the better quality of health care in England.
This organization is expanding their business in different countries. Road is a comprehensive
public health care organisation under the government.This firm covers the entire population and
health services are free except minor charges.
This organization provides the services in different groups such as general practitioners,
hospital specialist services, local health authority services, etc. (Bakker, 2018). These are
important services plays effective role in organization to manage the entire facilities or services.
The family physician provide primary medical care to different people or groups and other
dentist or doctor operate the own practices but they are charged as per the government capital.
Local authority provided the services to maternity women, child welfare home nursing and
ambulance services etc.
Road is mainly focused on providing the health service free for client. This organization
delivered the care by specialist and resources that required for managing the development
process (Bean and Rattner, 2018). Specialist connect with the each patient to understand the
problem and need. Road is expanding their branches in other countries which is composed a
complex network all over the world. Each and Every system composed of organization that
performs different task such as monitor, improve, deliver and commission services (Yang and
Min et.al., 2018).

Hierarchical structure of Road
This structure is representing the entire business level of road and this organization is mainly
focused on providing the best quality of facilities to their customer. The main bodies of this
organization is nurse, team leader and support worker that help for managing the entire business
process in proper manner.
This structure is also compared with another company google which is based technology firm
that follows some specific business steps. According to the comparison, frank is health manager
that support to the Road and also performs different functions. They also communicate with the
team leader to manage the entire business operations and functions.

Organizational culture
Organizational culture is ability or method which are related to the activities, planned and
work etc. the organizational must be prepare for changing the business and working
environment. The organizational culture is representation of collective values and beliefs of staff
member who work in the company. Employee of Road influence by its management strategy,
primary task, history and external constraints (zquierdo and Rubenstein et.al., 2018). According
to survey, it can determine that organization culture is playing important role because it will
create effective working environment. In Road, staff should be able to express their behaviour of
frank manager and other higher authority etc. Team leader, senior staff and line staff are
important part of firm for performing individual role in the organizations. In Road, sometimes,
many tasks are complex and difficult to involve the patient and their distressing things happen at
the time of treatment.
At the time, Road have unprecedented pressure to make sure that saving the time to
improve their services. All this pressure will create unconscious aspect in the organizational
culture and behaviour of employees (Lamster and Myers, 2017). It is required for manager to
provide the services such as counselling, mediation and coaching to staff member. The Road
culture is sometimes difficult to discern and harder to change because it is hidden and staff
member cannot share their problem towards the manager. There are many unspoken rules
creating in the organization that will damage the entire business process.
Determine the organizational culture of Road
 Task – Task culture is important part of organisation that formed to identify the specific
problems on particular projects. The power of team help for managing the status of entire
business process of Road.
 Power- In Road, the power culture is depended on the dew individual employee that
influences towards the organizational goals and objectives. There are few regulations and
rules under the power culture in the organization. It is depended on the decision marking
power to handle the problems in effective manner (Theoharidou, Tsalis and Gritzalis,
2017).
 Role- Role culture is based on the rules of Road. It can be highly controlled by the Frank
manager of national health care. They have role and responsibilities to determine the need
and requirement of legislation rules for employee.

 Person- In the organization, the employee culture of each and every employee must be
unique and superior for the firms. Road is simply work with the employee for managing
the business operations and completing their task on time. The culture of Road is
collection of individual person that happen for working in the firm.
According to discussion, Road follows the task culture which is the best part of organization to
manage their business activities in proper manner. Task is required to build the understanding
and also identify the strength or power of business. Road is health care organization and always
trying to provide achieve their goals and objectives. They perform different task such as care
plan, personal care, monitoring disease progression, screenings etc. these are important task
performed by Road.
Structure of Road can impact on the culture
The Road structure is impact on the working culture because each and every level of
higher authority manage their entire task and their operations in proper manner. The management
and leadership skill will help for coordinating the entire operations and functions. The culture
change the system of health care services and it might be an important factor that associated with
large number of organization all over the world. Road is also one of them to manage their culture
effectively and efficiently (Stoddart and Evans, 2017). Sometimes, organization structure affects
the culture due to low management system, unavailability of resources, less patient satisfaction,
staff absenteeism and less involvement of employee etc.
Potential changes Road could improve the provision
There are followings criteria support to improve the provision of organization.
Potential change is required for health care organization because their basic aim to involve the
employee towards the quality management. This organization improve their services because it is
required to maintain their management system in proper. It also helps for managing the entire
business process. (Wager, Lee and Glaser, 2017).
Time to time, this company will increase their capabilities towards their goals by using
technology. According to Daniel and Coleman's, Emotional intelligence is a concept in the
business process for identifying the scientific approach that could be applicable in the road. This
concept help for managing the organization culture. In this way, it also supports to the employee

towards their works. According to kotter and lewin's, they provide the concept related the
project management that uses different tool and techniques. It also gives model that applied into
the business operations and functions. (Woods, 2017).
CONCLUSION
As per discuss, it summarized when Road is a leading organization to provide the best
quality of service and facility to patient. This organization is also based on public sector that
under the government. This report providing the specific structure of Road and also comparison
with another organization structure. This assignment is discussed about the organizational culture
and how they impact on the entire business process. Further, this report describe the different
types of roles and responsibilities for health care manager in the Road health services.
