INTRODUCTIONThe Health care system of Australia have contributed towards Medical and surgicalequipment such as Dental equipment and have provided better and advance health careinfrastructure and services to the patients and their families (Ulrich and Grady, 2016). Nurses cangive direction to people regarding local resources and can provide information related to healthand wellness. This report will represent the significance of the values statements towards nursingpractice. This report will examine Code of Ethics related to value quality nursing care fordisabled and dying people. It will also examine Code of Professional Ethics such as safe andcompetent environment for the dying and disabled people.The significance of value of statements for dying and disabled peopleCode of EthicsIn order to uphold the fundamental rights of people at health care organisation thesecodes need to be practised and followed by the nurses. The area that have been selected isdisabled and dying people and the code that will be used in this area is Nurses value qualitynursing care for all people.According the valuing quality nursing care, the nurse will provide high quality services tothe disabled and dying people. The nurses will act responsible so as to give standard nursing careto these people. On reasonable grounds, the actions for well-being of dying and disabled peoplecan be taken by the nurses (Olson and Stokes, 2016).Self- Under the quality nursing care, the decisions regarding the care of disabled and dyingpeople is the responsibility of the nurses. To provide safe and competent nursing care to thesepeople, nurses need to accept their moral and legal responsibilities. In order to provide enhancedservices to the patient’s nurses need to use their knowledge, skills and experience and need toimplement these services within the boundaries of their professional role. The professional rolesthat are undertaken by the nurses to provide care to these people need to be according to theagreed practice standards of their profession. If something is not acceptable on religious andmoral grounds then nurses can refuse to involve in care and health treatment.1
