Reflection
Introduction
For the present report I have used the big five personality trait model by which I have identified
my skill as well as score attached below. Then nine roles are identified such as executive, driver,
chairperson, completer, innovator etc. there are total 100 points are divided over different type of
roles in which I haves got 25 points. Also, with the help of Gibbs model I will explain the
reflection by different phases.

Description
This is the situations of placement in which I have performed as the volunteer at health and
social care in which we are five classmates joined the same. Also, I have analyses that there were
different department of each of sections ins hospital where I was worked under the supervisions
of senior nurse who guides me to what to do (Yang, Ding and Palmer, 2021). Then it was good
unexpected to do volunteer ship at that kind of popular health care. For this placement I get the
position because I have keen interest in social care and want to build my career in this field only.
That’s is why I have great opportunity to do the task.
Feeling
I was very nervous during the starting time because this is unique feeling which I have
felt I was quite happy to participate in that kind of things by divided work accordingly. I got
frustrated when I was not able to manage the work where how much time to attend each patient.
So that I have used my skill audit skill which are related to punctuality. This is most important
skill I have used till finish the work. Then I decided to follow the time table by focusing on each
of the activity.

It has been analyzed that their best skill which I have developed the most are communication,
team management and analyst skill. Then for the communications skill I can say that this is one
of the most important strategy by which I can improve my personality in order to build good
relation with patient and coworkers (Cheng, Wojnarowska and Paluch, 2021). Then I have
identified my strength in order to focus on learning the communication by online article and

to team management I have learnt from my senior how to manage team and how to divided work

the ability of group thinking in order to focus on facing different type of issue which are
necessary to necessary to consider. I have learnt the delegation of authority which are related to
management this is ones of the important aspect of my work experience which help to
improve3d my skill and knowledge.

It has been evaluated that there is different type of situation are faced during the placement and
that is why I have improved my knowledge due to this then it is necessary to work accordingly. I
analyses that during college time I have learnt the theoretical knowledge of learning then ins the
placements I have realized that practical knowledge I also one of the important aspect of
education. Also, it helps to improve the work pattern as well as it helps to improve the
assessment of work. With the help of big five personality trait I have identified my skill and
knowledge which are necessary to work and by this I get specific knowledge of learning new
things which are important for knowledge as well as it help to build the personality trait (Chung,
2019 ).
However, one incident of not managing team effectively helped me to building good
relationship with senior and patients in order to manage the work effectively as well as it is

so, I also learnt about the non-verbal communication.
I always felt that communication is most important to become success in the life. The
