Executive Summary
Health economic and health system is the main topic which is discussed in this report. Health
economic is considered to be the successful factor which facilitates effective performance of
health system. Australian health system and Switzerland system are highly appreciated to
demonstrate health economy in real world economy. Health system is a public and private
responsibilities to achieve every goal and strategies through implementation of health
economy. Comparative analysis is performed through comparing two health system through
structure, governance and finance methodology. Advantage and disadvantage of these health
system towards human economy is also analysed to give clear image of health economy. The
above health system is divided into different level which facilitated motives of structure,
finance allocation and communication between private and public entities. Comparative table
