INTRODUCTION
Health education is mentioned to a social science which draws from environmental,
physical, biological, medical along with psychological science fro promoting health as well as
preventing disease, premature death, disability, etc by education driven activities. It presents
information to wider audience on specifics health related topic which comprises heath benefits or
threats faced in society and delivers tools for the purpose of building capacity together with

combination of learning experiences that are designed for assisting individuals addition to
communities to improvise their health through enhancing their either enhancing their knowledge
or influencing attitudes. To understand about health education in action, Nortfolk Community

Health education can be said to a principle that positively influences health behaviour of
communities, people and working situation to influence their status of health. It builds
knowledge, positive attitudes addition to skills about health. At same time, it teaches about
emotional, physical and social health (Alqurashi and et. al., 2020). When heath education
programmes are used by healthcare systems then it motivates practitioners to improve together

with maintain health status of citizens, prevent disease along with minimise risky behaviours.
Nortfolk Community Health and Care Trust is a local charity based heath clinic which operate
under NHS. The clinic is located at Nortfolk, England. The practitioners of the clinic have
identified number of health issues in the locality. Nortfolk has higher rates of chronic diseases
including heart disease, diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
Health promotion refers to a process that enables people to enhance control over as well
as improve their health. In other words, it helps people to increase their control on health along
with its determinants that leads to major improvements in health of population. The concept of
health promotion is an universal adopted phenomenon that is undertaken to attain equity in
health. Nortfolk Community Health and Care Trust is a local charity based heath clinic which
undertakes various health promotion actions with the objective of decreasing differences in
existing health status within the locality and ensuring that equal resources addition to
