INTRODUCTION
Project management is related with systematic procedure which is related with the
leading the work of team to achieve all the organizational objectives. The present report is based
on on Astra PLC which is mall-sized company that is having greater specialization in vitamin
and mineral-based food supplements so launching new app. Current report will aim at providing
the significant information that pp will help providing features such as setting fitness targets,
reminding of goals, etc. The currents study will pay attention on giving information about project
plan, scope, risk and success measuring.

App design and launch cost
In the present case the app design is the most essential aspect as in case the design will
not be good then it will not be attracting the consumers. Hence, for this the design will involve
mixture of user experience and user interface. Also the approximate cost for the app will be
£500.
Social media integration
For the effective launch of the app the social media integration is very important. In order
to launch the health and fitness app by Astra plc the use of social media is very important as
currently most of the people are active on social media (Al-Rubaiei, Nifa and Musa, 2018).
Hence, the launch of this app in integration with social media will provide high profits to
company.
In- app purchase
The in- app purchase are the different types of the benefits which are provided with the
use of the app. In the present case of health and fitness app many extra benefits will be provided
like help from experts, many tutorials for the different exercises will be provided in accordance
to the requirement of the person.
App customisation
Astra plc will also provide the facility of customisation of app as well. in this the
customer or the user set the wallpaper according to them. Also in addition to this they can start
many different options as well like measuring heartbeat, BP and other health related aspect.
Testing of app
For the testing of the app, the app will be provided to a sample of 15 people and they will
be using the app (Abdilahi, Fashina and Fakunle, 2020). After the use, their experience will be
taken and according to this suggestion changes will be made within the app.
Launch of app
After making the changes final launch of the app will take place by Astra plc and there they
will be providing the app to every user. The people can use the app and try to manage and
maintain their health in proper and effective manner.

significant management of project so that reliable working can be executed. With help of the
provided information regarding the articulated techniques that can help in ascertaining that users
are happily using the particular implemented plan or not. KPIS as mentioned pay crucial role in
assessing the actual performance so that comparing with standards for identifying deviation can
become possible. If the derived results are as per the expectations then the particular app is
performing good and helping to attain the organizational gaol of success. Causes of the lacking
areas by identifying deviation through having benchmark execution in turn greater ability to
meet the organizational objective of higher effectiveness. With help of these mentioned rates,
the company can get the idea that its app is gaining success or not.

In the end it is concluded that the launching the app is very tough task and includes
several steps. With the above analysis it is inferred that app provides the facility of customisation
and also different in- app purchase option as well like video tutorial and others. In the end it was
