INTRODUCTION
Health and social care refers to a term which is related with delivering of healthcare
services by health and social care provider within UK. This refers to a generic term that helps
describe healthcare provision infrastructure along with private sector. Health and social care

pharmacologically to help their patient. This is the one which is regarding helping and fulfilling

helpful and delivering of Information and awareness related with health and social care. There
are different skills and knowledge required to work within healthcare and planning is required
for personal and professional development. To deliver proper Health and social care to large
population, there is high requirement of skills and knowledge which can help deliver health care
services and support society to stay healthy (Klebanov, (2017)). There is requirement of plan
which can help in personal and professional development. These personal development plan are
highly helpful in practices of health and social care. This provides ability and efficiency to
deliver healthcare services to large population within country. There are the different role of
clinical supervision within health and social care which can help to deliver effective healthcare
treatment to the large population in effective way to make the country and Society healthy. A
