INTRODUCTION
The concept of health is generally an area of study as well as the research and the
practices which usually place the development of health on the top priority. The concept of well-
being also aims to achieve the quality of life and improve the well-being among publically. The
public well-being in the area of Tower Hamlet is generally connected with the England average.
The Tower Hamlet area is usually one of the most deprived region approximately about 20% in
the England. In this, there is wide range of population who are residing in the low income
families approximately about 30% who are suffering from various health related illness. In this
report, there is a discussion about the health inequalities which are occurring among the Tower
Hamlet people. this report will also cover the various types of illness which will impact the
public health within the area. The main aim of this project is to improve the health among
population as well as decrease the occurring health inequalities among public (Banfi, 2018).
MAIN BODY
It is a major concern among the public in the area that various illness can be occurring
and impacting the health in a sarcastic way. In context with Tower Hamlet, the community is
facing the unique health problems or challenges with the particular levels of the poverty. In this,
it also includes the increasing number of premature death rates which is quite common among
adults from the circulatory illness, respiratory disorder as well as the cancer. The population of
Tower Hamlet if somehow raising rapidly that will lead to even more prone challenges if the
government have fail to respond on it. In adults, an elevated number in the residing ages of about
35-70 will usually bring the newer challenges for the local social as well as well-being care
services. it includes the concerns among adult age group such as the prevalence of smoking,
sexually transmitted diseases, new cases of tuberculosis, the heart related diseases and the
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The rates of the sexually transmitted diseases are quite
higher among the age group below 24 as the people who are residing in that area does not
contain enough knowledge about their health (Birkbeck, 2018).
In context with London of Borough, the region Tower Hamlet is generally the most
deprived area on the basis of three measure areas such as an average score, most deprived 10%
determination and the extended. According to the concentration measures and an average rank,
the region Tower Hamlet is generally ranked at the third most disadvantaged region in the
London. Towards this concern, it is pretty important to enhance the awareness about well-being
