INTRODUCTION
Health is defined as the wellbeing which is related with the physical, emotional and
cognitive which may place relevance among the general public. In addition, the health master
plan 2016-2025 show their approach as the right which is related with the health and they major
objective is to provide health in the general population. The health master plan 2016-2025 show
the direction which is based on the strategic action which provide the guidance to the partner in
the health and collaborative sector in order to develop policies, plan and program which show
their improvement the health of the populations (Akombi and et. al., 2019). The review of health
master plan 2006-2015 is usually carried out in the 2014 which show the aspect which is related
with the new health master plan 2016-2025 which is was formulated. The emphasis shows the
maximum aspect which is related with the lesson which is learn in such a way which show their
aspect of implementation that is generic towards the preceding plan and they usually focus on the
priorities which may provide the new plan which generate wellbeing and resilience among the
population of Maldives. The main aim of the Maldives master plan 2016-2025 usually show the
aim in order to mobilise and organise the resource in order to achieve the healthier Maldives. The
plan is usually well implemented which is based on vision and strategic orientation for the health
and their outcome. The plan which is related with the word of master plan usually provide the
context of vision or strategic orientation for the health which is related with the other sector that
contribute to enhancing people health and used to create the development which is related with
the polices, programs and plan which is showing the aspect towards the objective for the
execution that is based on the next 10 years (Carducci and et. al., 2018).
The other predominant objective which may share the health master plan that used to protect
the country best practice which is based on the success stories that build the country
accomplishment and their aim to provide the map which is relevant and create health sustainable
goals which is developed to provide quality and equality regards with the health outcome. The
health master plan determination that improve the health and non-communicable disease
prevention which is critical in order to improve the population health that face higher mortality
due to the condition of disease. The non-communicable disease action plan usually covers the
major factor which is related with the lifestyle choice which must be taken into the consideration
to substance use and tobacco consumption, a high saturated fat diet, modified vegetable oil
which may formulate the risk of cholesterol issue, high intake of sodium which is available in the

form of salt, physical inactivity and many more (Chamara and et. al., 2021). As per this, alcohol
consumption is also an aspect which is taken into account that create complication with the
mortality due to liver disease. The Maldives health master plan 2016-2025 also show the
activeness which is related with the policies which may critically analyse and provide the aspect

the valuable guidance for the health planning which is related with goals that is providing the
proper health support for people with their acute and chronic disease. The health master plan
which is 2016-2025 is defined as the third longest term which help to draw the lesson which
aspect from the previous planning cycle and challenge which help to implement long term plan
that is volatile political context that follow the context of good health. Therefore, the health
master plan follows three goals which is build the trust in the National health system. Therefore,
they are applicable in order to reduce disease and factor which is based among the population.
Moreover, they also used to reduce the inequities which is helpful for the access to healthcare
service and medicines (Hasbani and et. al., 2020).
In the context to the term of evaluation and discussion, there are some of the main point
