Nurse roles in delivering evidence based culturally aware health education relevant to case study
Cultural awareness is important as it is an ability to perceive cultural beliefs and values and
respect their rights by allowing them to make and shape decision. In nursing there are several
problems or barriers occur related to culture but when nurses and patient both have willingness

medicine of blood thinner, twice in a week Hatcher & Dixon, (2019). It is stated that she lives
with her daughter and granddaughter. Her financial condition is also not good so, she has to walk
20 minutes to her closest bus stop to visit her GP. It is analysed that she has problem with her
GP, Dr. Allen as he said about her daughter that she is a freeloader.. Now, she does not want to
continue her check up with him and now she also feeling unsafe. So, in this context, community
