INTRODUCTION
Health promotion is an essential process that enables people to enhance control over their

Aim / objective: The primary purpose of this study is to develop an effective, quality as
well as innovative health promotion programmes to reduce unhealthy diet and obesity.
Research method: It is known as a systematic evaluation for the conducting research. It
happens to be a wide range of qualitative research that can provide specific information
regarding the health related problems. This study is based on a randomised controlled trail in
which a random sample of a group has been taken into account to determine the total amount of
people is suffering from the problems of obesity. It was done in the large medical association,
NGOs and societies in the gap of 2 week time (Zhang and et.al., 2015). The research was
conducts on 60 participants that belong to the age group of 30-45 between both male and female.
Most of them are belong to the middle class range income. They are mostly educated because the
range included 40% of young people and 20% of old age group. However, maximum number of
groups is having some kind of health problems and is not having proper guidance to reduce their
impact on the healthcare.
It has been observed that to make an effective analysis, an exercise programmes was
conducts for the duration of 6 weeks along with the various activities that can assist the patient to
get awareness regarding the prevention and medication to overcome its impact in future.

From the entire research analysis, it has been determine that maximum number of people
is suffering from some kind of health related problems out of which obesity is more in the age
group of 45 years people. Therefore, it is important to organize a well effective program that can
motive them to deal with the key health problems (Dalmer, 2013). The role of health promotion
is to create maximum awareness regarding the care for the patient and not to get panic from any
kind of health problems.
The author has identified some strength among the people regarding the health related
concern. They have taken active part in the program to collect specific information about the care
they are needed to overcome the problems. Similarly, it has certain limitation also that are shows
lack of interest in some people toward the promotion campaign (Eldredge and et.al., 2016).
The value of research is to provide high quality of information in order to produce
knowledge that is applicable to external people those are having some of health related problems.
It has been recommended that to provide proper care and awareness so that they can fight with
their problem and remain healthy.
CONCLUSION
From this particular research, it has been concluded that public health and promotion is
an important ways to increase motivation between the people that are having certain health
related problems. This research has provide various key methods or solution that can be useful
for the overall growth and development of the society as well as individual to sustain their life in
effective manner.
