PU INTRODUCTION Health promotion activities are engaged in conducting distinct of awareness programmes in order to educate people about well being development. Their main objective is to provide effective services to people for increase their health level and serve appropriate care easily. These type of activities are based on individual's behaviour toward environment and social issues that impacts on their health supplements. For this process, government of a country and some local authorities also conduct some initiatives that are related to individual’s health care issues and problems to spread awareness easily(Lewis, 2015). This project report is based on some different scenario in which First task is based onNational Network of Smoking Prevention and Poverty found thatincludes effects of socio-economic power on health and care activities. Second task is based on Tobacco which is negatively impact on individuals life as well as another section is based on appropriate planning on health promotion campaign. All these tasks are representing impact of health promotion activities on individual's life-style and the role of government as well as their initiative. TASK 1 1.1 Effects of socio economic influences on health ThiscasestudyisbasedonNationalNetworkofSmokingPreventionwhichis determining impacts of Cigarette smoking on socio-economic influences. These terms are used to analyse homelessness, poverty, work load, labours working activities and stress on individual person who choose smoking to reduce these effects on their own lifestyle. In this process, education and cultural activity also play the most important role that is used to spread awareness towards its negative effects. Each and every person desires to live healthy lifestyle that includes minimum health issues and effective environment that do not impact negatively on their health. Cigarette smoking is like a surviving tool for those people who belongs to low standard of living and they cope up with stress and uses other things also to reduce its impact like alcohol and caffeine etc.. For this process, it is very important that individuals understand values of their life and impact of these things on social lifestyle. There are some other elements are determine below that related to socio economic factors such as- 1

These kind of things are not helps to reduce Stress and work load but make them addicted of it. 1.2 Government sources in reporting on inequalities in health Government and local bodies of a country play very important role to spread awareness towards health and social care initiatives. In this process, they organise different initiatives and campaign which is very effective for individual's health and care. There are some other sources are explained below that used to analyse connection of government sources in for inequalities in health and care activities such as - Public Health and Administration department under government –Such kind of government initiatives are organise for specific objectives which spread awareness among individual and invite them to take part in this and gain appropriate knowledge and ideas. These kind of authorities build connection with health care communities and some other foundations to spread specific knowledge easily. Public Hospitals and Medical Services –These factors are used to provide medical and health care facility to each and every individual who belong to different standard and lifestyle. In this, they also manage medical record of each person to analyse which disease affect social lifestyle of people. Community Health Research Foundations and Agencies –These kind of government initiatives are working through foundation firms which analyse causes and effects of different diseases that affect lifestyle and health issues of people. These things help to build awareness for each and every person easily (Salazr and DiClemente, 2015). Health and Lifestyle Surveys –This is a research process that uses to build awareness by using different kind of survey among individual person.
