In this report there will be major focus on the stage of adulthood which used to experience varsity of changes as emotional and physical level serving form various health and well-being. BACKGROUND In the different stage as of the life span, the human are having the signification level of proposition of the respective population of the country where they are experiencing the increase level of disorder which is influencing the level of health and well-being. There is prevalence suicide among adulthoods which is higher. Depression and anxiety are the uncommon diagnosis which is having the difficulty in prevalence (Edelman, Mandle and Kudzma, 2017). MAIN BODY Adulthood has been identified as stage in human life span between age of 24 – 45 years. Adults as the dynamic and complex level of interaction which have the proper intensification with depression along with interaction in healthcare system. There can be leads of badness in nay of relationship of either with family and friends . The depressed level of moods are turning out to major concerns which is seeking level of complexity without any level of insurance and financial support.Thismakestheindividualofhaveafeelingoffailureinachievingexpected development at millstone which is appeared to have proper interaction ns exacerbate function level of impairment (Hubley and Copeman, 2018). Depression is more of feeling just sad and blues. It has been identified as serious mood disorders which is having the need for treatment and influencing well-being and health in stage of adulthood in hum life. Depression has been identified as real illness which is common problem identified in adulthood. The adults have the feeling of satisfaction with their lives rather than having the most of the illnesses and physical problems (Polan and Taylor, 2019). The depression has been experienced in adulthood can ave the many reasons such as moving out or
dealing with serious illness . As majority there are number of individual who re having the experience over the different level of challenges and contingencies which is turning out to be the major reason for anxiety and depression (Morrissey and et.al., 2015). The reason that the adults are facing the increase level of depression can be due to bad level of experiencing in marital status, problem of parenting, sexual dysfunction along with having major dependence over nicotine and abuse substances. These events have longer level of impactful as absenteeism in work, low level of career stratification as comparative to their peer success. This period of adulthood can be conceptualized as the stage which is having numerous level of choices along with possibilities which increase the level of independence in adulthood without assuming long- standing responsibilities and commitments which is related to their work, relationships and overview which is terms as correlated to stage of adulthood. The period of adulthood has been proposed into five unique features which are identified as exploration, trying out to be with possibilityinworkandlovelife,insatiabilityalongwithselffocus.Thelifespan conceptualization has been culturally constructed which have the probable application to most of proper in united kingdom (Brug and Chinapaw, 2015). There can be occurrence of depression with serious level of medical illness such as the level of daibities, cancer, hearts issues and the Parkinson one (Degeling and et.al., 2016).There are major type ODF depression which has been broadly divided into major depression and persistent depressive disorders. The former had is occurrence due to having the level of interference in ability of work or sleep. This occurs only one in life but in level of several episodes.On the other hand the latter have the existence over 2 years in which individual has been diagnosis with persistent depressive disorders along with periods of less sever symptoms. There is existence of difference between impact of depression on both men and women at different level. The women having symptoms of depression have sadness, worthlessness and guilt. (Women) turns out to be more vulnerable in order to have proper developing post-partum of depression after giving birth along with hormonal and physical changes. The women feel burned with new level of responsibility. On the other hand men have the symptoms men are as they turned out to be tired, irritable, loss of interest insuperable activities along with loss of interest. As per the survey in year 2017 there are almost 7.1% of adults who have major depressive episode. 11 million adults are experience depression who have also diagnosed with level of anxiety orders along with that 50% are also having impairment with anxiety disorders. There is experience of 5% of the population with seasonal depression in which entry four people in out of five are women who are suffering form serious depression.
