INTRODUCTION
Construction management is regarded as the most difficult and demanding career. In order
to complete a project effectively in the eyes of the customer, experts must enlist the help of
several civil engineers, architects, interior decorators, mechanical or electrical technicians, as
well as other construction specialists. It would aid in the creation of a suitable plans and
specifications for the construction of a structure (Diop, Scheren and Niang, 2021). Therefore, the
role and functions of each building expert varied from one another, with architects managing
both the design and implementation of a single task, whereas technical experts aid to guarantee
that another structure is fundamentally solid or not. In this report consist of health and safety in
construction management and legislation use for construction industry. Moreover, define the role
of collaboration and communication in safe working practice and identify benefits of health &
safety legislation after the changes. At the end of report define the safety legislation with
advantage and weakness within construction.

especially crucial in the construction sector due to its number of deaths four times higher than the
median across all other industries.
