INTRODUCTIONNow days social or health services is most important aspect for the community becauseso many peoples are affected by various kind of diseases among some of them are newlydeveloped due to which they face different issues (Best and et. al., 2012). So people have to beaware about different types of new vulnerable diseases. Health and social care organisationprovide therapy and treatments to the clients and patients. This project report is about principlesof health and social care practices in Great Britain which provide many services to theindividual. Also, has been evaluate different principles which are followed in health and socialcare centres. Apart from this, various role of principles has been explained which provide care toworkers, patients and clients. Provider of social service provider are liable for implementing any kind of methods andtechniques for reducing problem which are explained as under:For make sure that everyone is risk free and safe in hospital, first need to find the reasonsof harm and risk in the health care centre (Dye, Reeder and Terry, 2013). There aredifferent kinds of harm such as emotional, financial physical and psychological harm. Service provider must ensure that they provide good quality services to all patients whichis safe, risk free and very effective by following the standard of time. If care workercarefully follows the safety standard than they can protect customers from physicalinjury. It is difficult to tackles patients who is intellectually affected. For this they require moresupervision and mental support. It is very challenging for health and care system to protect patients from emotional harmas people have different character and outlook. By providing proper food, medication andhealth care services to the patients, service delivers can secure them from harshexperience. Care takers help consumers if they are not able to manage or grasp their own self. Provideproper protection to colleagues is also necessary for care workers. If any client has complex issue than they use certain devices or flow buddy system thatassist in reduce workload and make job easy by saving energy as well as time.
