Explain how you would identify the scope and nature of your own legal responsibilities and the
scope of your role.
It is very essential for me to have the basic understanding of the various obligations and legal
responsibilities which are basically applicable to the workplace. In addition to that it becomes
possible to set up few standards and focusing on adhering to them in a effective manner. In
addition to that it is very important for me to be very clear about the guidelines of my profession
and being highly familiar with that and also guided by all the related legislation and also the
related standards which further defines how the legislation could be applied and being well
aware of the legislation which is applied in order to be aware of the employing agency’s code of
conduct which is being reflected by the procedures and policies. It is basically linked to the client
group i am working with and also helps in depicting a commitment to the moral standard of the
professional behaviour which basically need to be uphold at various times and also allows me to
have more exposure about the ethical dilemma and various consequences or any kind of
decisions i make( McArthur and Powell, 2020).

Ethical Responsibilities basically comprises of the ability to act upon, recognize, interpret
different values according to the various standards within a given context or field. In context to
the chain of relationships , a business owner has an ethical responsibility for the purpose to act in
honest manner. In context to Health Care, the legal responsibilities are purely based on the law
and which need to be followed. In context to healthcare workers, it is important to follow the
laws that could affect the healthcare and following a state laws.

In context to ethical responsibilities in a particular workplace, it basically has a wide scope and
nature and comprises of the ethical behaviours in the workplace such as accountability, effective

With the help of ethical responsibilities it helps in ensuring the maximum productivity output at
