INTRODUCTIONIn the present scenario, if firms will run their business with an aim to maximise its profitsonly without taking employees satisfaction into consideration, they cannot survive in the longrun. Nowadays, keeping employees satisfied is one of the major factors that decides the successof an organisation. Working of health and social care (HSC) firms is totally different from anyother organisation (Health and Safety in the Health and Social CareWorkplace, 2013). To fulfilthe responsibilities and duties, HSC firms are required to ensure the health and safety of workersas well as the service users. Present report emphasizes on understanding the ways in whichhealth and safety requirements have their impact on customers and the work of practitioners inHSC settings. For this purpose, NHS (National Health Service) is taken into consideration.
