Executive Summary
Awesome Landscape is a construction company, which provides landscaping solution from last
20 years. Awesome landscape has already successfully completed many landscape construction
projects across the Australia. Inspection are carried out and it highlighted the following hazards,
Emergency Exit door is blocked by a dangerously placed metallic equipment; A large tray is
placed over the top of a furniture dangerously beside the boardroom; Electrical wires are
scattered over the floor dangerously. The recommendations to address them include the
following: Removing the metallic objet from the front of the emergency gate and placing the
object in a safe and secured place; Removing the object from the passage and placing it in a
suitable ad safe position; Removing the tray from the top of the furniture and placing it in a flat
ground to avoid accident; The gap between two carpet should be filled by any soft material or
hazard sign is needed; The plate should be placed properly; The scattered furniture should be
properly assembled and placed safely; Cleaning staffs and workers of that particular room.

Introduction
The purpose of this audit is to identify the disputes in work health and safety practices
within the office premises for developing appropriate recommendations to change their existing
practice and policies. The area for which the audit process will be carried out is the HQ of
Awesome Landscape, NSW, Australia. Awesome Landscape is a construction company, which
provides landscaping solution from last 20 years. Awesome landscape has already successfully
completed many landscape construction projects across the Australia.
Findings
The underlying issues that affected the inspection include the uncleanliness and the
untidy place that are placed haphazardly all over the workplace and kitchen. The hazards
that are already present in the place hindered the inspection process.
The hazards that are identified are- Emergency Exit door is blocked by a dangerously
placed metallic equipment; A large tray is placed over the top of a furniture dangerously
beside the boardroom; Electrical wires are scattered over the floor dangerously.
The risk along with their rating are- Emergency Exit door is blocked by a dangerously
placed metallic equipment is rated low risk (control- Removing the metallic objet from
the front of the emergency gate and placing the object in a safe and secured place); A
large tray is placed over the top of a furniture dangerously beside the boardroom is rated
as medium risk (control- Removing the tray from the top of the furniture and placing it in
a flat ground to avoid accident); Electrical wires are scattered over the floor dangerously
is rated as high risk (control- Cleaning staffs and workers of that particular room).

The summary of the resources that will be required during the emergency process are the
are the fire extinguishers, first aid kit, emergency alarms, team of personnel that have
expertise in hazard mitigation.
The identified hazards will impact the functioning of the organization. The
recommendations to address them include the following: Removing the metallic objet
from the front of the emergency gate and placing the object in a safe and secured place;
Removing the object from the passage and placing it in a suitable ad safe position;
Removing the tray from the top of the furniture and placing it in a flat ground to avoid
accident; The gap between two carpet should be filled by any soft material or hazard sign

Awesome Landscape workplace; and the policies are outdated. The negative effect on the
WHS policies is that it will make the WHS Awesome Landscape.
In order to become compliant with the legislation, Awesome Landscape needs to adapt it
functions and the redesign the workplace.
The two workplace health and safety that Awesome Landscapes needs to incorporate is
the proper identification of the hazards in the workplace. Secondly, Awesome Landscape
