BRIEF OVERVIEW
 Health service management is a set of practises where the health services management is
being accentuated.
 The project is intended to present deeper understanding on present health service
management and the new changes which are required in order to make it foster.
 There are number of issues in the present health service management such as higher cost,
lower consumer experience, data security etc. these can be sorted out with the help of
automation technology Miskam & Saidalvi, (2019)pp 8(1)

NATURE AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE
PROPOSED CHANGE
 With the progress of time the need of making drastic changes in healthcare service
management has been seen.
 This change is quite rational to the modern social environment.
 The present time is all about technology the presence of modern technology can not be
