Communication can be described as process of
sharing information, problems, ideas, solution,
views and though to another person it is
essential in health and social care as it allow
health care provider to listen to problem of
patients and also to provide them solution.

Theory that explain communication
process
Linear model: It is a model that was
introduced by Shannon and Weaver in the
year 1948 that describe communication as
linear process. It describe way in which
sender transmits a message to receiver.
