INTRODUCTION Healthcare organization provides appropriate methods and strategies which are more effective and useful in delivery the best quality care to the patient. Accurate measurement is most important for health and social care, without correct data healthcare provider does not identify the causes and provides a relevant healthcare services to the patient. The well-being of person describes its state of health condition which includes the physical, mental and social function of the individual. Health prospective is about to complete well-being of person and diseases free health condition which is depend on the environment and dietary preference of individual person. There are five organization of UK which includes NHS England, Private public health sector having thehealth perspective emphasize the better health quality and effective medical care for reducing the public health issues (Wanis and et. al., 2021). Additionally, this project covers theoretical perspectives on health and social care organisation and types of leadership in management in health and social care. MAIN BODY Two theoretical perspective in health and social care organisation Health perspective in social care provides best quality service to the public and maintain all data related to the patient health issues. Public health issues are overcome with the help of healthcare provider and different organization are available for reducing the public health issues (Constantinou and et. al., 2019). There are five national organization which can deliver the health and social care which includesNHS Scotland, NHS Wales, NHS England, Private Health Care System and Health, Social Services There are two theoretical perspective in health and social care which includes:- Functionalism:-In functionalist perspective, health is most important for the community people and it identifies the social relation with the health care setting. In this process health care professionals anddoctorensure about the patient recovery level and also analysis the daily involvement of patient in their own health care treatment. The role and responsibilities of health care professional is to control the social issues among the public and provides the the better guidanc (Lall and Nambissan, 2020).NHS Englandcan also manage the relationship between patient and healthcare professional. The functionalist approach which emphasized the effective care which is most essential for the society 1
ability to function. When more people suffered from the health illness which can negatively impact on the function of society stability. The functionalism is the approaches of implementing the norms and policies of healthcare setting for reducing the health issues and dealing with need of individual in a society. Conflictperspective:-Thistheorydescribestheconflictarisesduetounevenly distribution of resource and powersbetween the groups and individual. In healthcare organization people face many difficulties due to the discrimination in their medical treatment, these health issues arises and these tension and conflict engage with the healthcare setting. People belongs from the weak economic backgrounds are more likely to become ill and they get the inequality in healthcare settings(Jain,2019).Health disparities generated by the class inequality on the basis of racism, sexism and ageism. Poor people experiences many health issues which is causes due to the poor and unhealthy diet, unhygienic environment. Number of minorities group of people having the lower economic power and they having the concern of poor health issues. Low economy people are facing conflict between the resources, powers and medical facilities which are given to the high class of people. Such healthcare organization does not rewarded by the patient and Private Health Care System in which disparities are shown on the basis of individual economic status. Conflict theories analysis the inequalities in healthcare system which are not further approved and credit in their medical facilities. The healthcare organization does not having the appropriate planning structure, their healthcare professional are not allowed to provide the service. The conflict perspective helps in analysing and reducing the conflict arise due to the inequalities and providing enough power and medical facilities to the individual person(Arksey, 2021). These two theoretical perspective in health and social care identify the issues generated in the healthcare setting and improves the conflict between different group of people. It is unfortunate, people are not financially stable. These two theories should give the same medical access and health insurance to each group of people. Private Health Care System of UK helps in managing the issues and conflict among the public. The England organization focused on the issues and improving the healthcare setting. Mainly focused on the minority group of people who are facing poor health burden on their surviving. 2

Effective leadership play a crucial in managing the culture of healthcare organization and ensuring about the complex issues related to the healthcare delivery(Di Vaio and et. al.,2020).There are two types of leadership style which are used in healthcare setting such as:- Transactional Leadership style:-This leadership style involves in motivating and directing the staff member of the healthcare organization which give the better pathway of delivering the high quality care to the patient. This style helps engaging the staff members with unity and make them more confident to work. The transactional leadership style focus on the policies and function of the healthcare organization. Healthcare managers uses this leadership style in healthcare setting by which they can provides the best quality service to the patient and reduce the public health issues. The transactional leadership style implemented in the health and social organization which can improvesand motivated the care provider to work in a effective manner. NHS and other private healthcare organization of England helps in motivating the healthcare professional to work in a effective manner (Darvishmotevali and Ali,2020). The government of UK establish the health policies which are followed by different healthcare centres and improves the the healthcare services. InnovateLeadershipstyle:-Thisleadershipstyledescribesabouttheinnovative technologies in care pathways. Healthcare professional focuses on the innovative leadership style which can provides the clear pathway for providing the quality care to the public. The changes generated with in the healthcare technologies are rapidly adopted by the healthcare leaders which lead the administration of the organization. Innovative leaders work to create organizational culture more effective which may provides the appropriate knowledge and effective information This leadership style develops various methods and technologies that encourages the staff members knowledge and skills by which they can provides the best effective quality services to the patients. Healthcare executive using this leadership style to make changes in the healthcare 3
setting and also reduce the public health issues among the patient. Due to this leadership style, it provides opportunities to the staff members for exploring their skills and knowledge and they can fell more focuses and motivated under innovative leadership style. Healthcare professional have main focused on reducing the public health issues with the help of different technologies and approaches. Innovative style is more essential for implementing the healthcare policies and procedure which can protect the organization from different conflicts and public issues (Succi and Canovi, 2020). Reflection:-The five organization of health and social care helps in delivering the best quality services to the patient. NHS focused on the quality care services by which they can satisfied the public and helps them to overcome with the health illness. Two leadership style and two theoretical perspective helps in analysing the health issues and brings changes in the care delivery by adopting different technologies and approaches. New technologies and innovation bringwiththehelpofNHShealthcareorganization.AlltheNationalHealthService organizations can show a important role in rigging the well-being care inequality(Macke and Genari,2019).These organization implemented the policies and rules for the healthcare professionals. CONCLUSION From the above discussion, it is concluded that prospective in health and social care includes five organization which can helps in delivering the best quality care services to the patient. These organization having its own healthcare sectors for the public and social care. The five organization of UK analysis and reduced the health issue among the public. Theoretical perspective Functionalism and conflict perspective helps in analysing the issues and motivating the healthcare professional to focus on delivering the high quality care with safety. There are two leadership adopted by the healthcare organization for improving the quality services. There are various private healthcare sectors which focuses on the people who are facing many problems due to their lower economic status have more burden of poor health issues. 4
