It provides various provisions to National Health Service Commissioning groups about

National Health Service and Community Care Act, 1990:
The act states the duties and obligations of local authorities for providing social care
and support for ensuring that the people who need community care services or any other
support are getting those services.

Medicines Act was formed with a view to provide various provisions regarding
medicinal products and all the matters related to it (Sofat, R., Cremers, S. and Ferner, R.E.,
2020).
