INTRODUCTION
As per the view of World Health Organization, it states that health is generally a
complete state of physical, mental and social healthy. It is not defined as an absence of an illness.
For the older people more specifically the older women, the health is generally associated with
both health and quality of life. It generally refers to the satisfaction, lack of anxiety and
depression as well as the positive moods and their emotions as well. At a biological level, ageing
can effectively result from the influence of accumulation of a broad variety of the cellular as well
as molecular damage over time. It can specifically lead to a gradual reduction in the both mental
and physical capacity, an increasing risk of illness and ultimately lead to death of an individual.
In this report, it will cover the concept of health and well-being among older women along with
its possible benefits. There is a discussion about the various barriers that make influence over the
health and well-being among older adults such as women. It can involve a list of effective harms
that can make impact of health and well-being. The presented report can effectively indicate that
how the gap in the anticipation of the of life among two locations can be decreased via the both
public as well as the local health organizations. The UK has generally banned the increasing
demands of smoking in the both pubs and in restaurants. The report will cover how effective the
ban is across the country in order to maintain the health and well-being of the people (Li and
Hasson, 2020).
