diversity within case study which can inform about the individual need and how to provide a

allow Grace to improve quality of life by receiving better healthcare support.

suitable and appropriate for Grace according to her lifestyle and requirement. In this, Holistic
approach refers to providing support for looking up whole individual in not just their mental
