1HEALTHCARE ASSIGNMENT Nursing professionals play crucial roles in prevention and management of critical healthcare conditions (Rosen et al., 2015). Besides this, their role in health promotion could not be eliminated as they contribute to the health promotional strategies by spreading awareness and providing fundamental rights and information to people so that they could improve their health and wellbeing (Wilson et al., 2016). As a healthcare professional, it is the responsibility of the care professional to maintain a care process so that people could be provided with interventions and preventive measures from their comorbidities or healthcare risks respectively (Baldacchino, 2015). I would preferably chose training and education for the awareness and educational programs so that with proper illustration and information, I could make my patients aware of the critical situations they might face due to their comorbidities and would be able to provide them with intervention and preventive measures so that they could overcome their critical health conditions. The patient education options that could be used for these individuals suffering from critical comorbid conditions should be inclusive of simple yet informative ways so that with minimal complication and time, majority of the information could be shared (Baldacchino, 2015). In this aspect, usage of simple disease preventive PowerPoint presentations could be an easier option as using this would help the patients by including pictures and examples (Wilson et al., 2016). Besides this, providing patients with pamphlets about their health comorbidities would be an effective educational opportunity so that people could develop preventive habits for improvement in their health conditions (Rosen et al., 2015).
